Hi all, what kind of films are your 4 year old girls into?

Apart from the usual Disney, DD came across Charlottes Web which is now her all time favourite and a welcome relief from Frozen

old Disney like Peter Pan & Robin Hood getting lots of re-plays, very sweet

is there any thing non-Disney/Pixar? Hmmm - watched Matilda yesterday, didn't seen unduly scared of the Trunchbull so could be OK +1 for Charlotte's Web

I don't have children yet but I've been a massive fan of animated films since childhood. Disney and Pixar films are gold, Dreamworks has some good films too.

Some of my personal favourites which have proven popular with kids in my family/children of friends:

Beauty and the Beast
The Little Mermaid
The Hunchback of Notre Dame (quite dark for a Disney film but it is absolutely gorgeous and has a lovely message)
The Lion King
Robin Hood
The Great Mouse Detective
Frozen, of course
Charlotte's Web (the animated version from the 70s is a wonderful film)
Any of the Muppet films
Any Pixar film
An American Tail
The Land Before Time
James and the Giant Peach
Despicable Me
Stuart Little
Mary Poppins
Bedknobs and Broomsticks
