Just checked and it was 25th March so 11 business days and it says shipping will be 7-12 business days. I logged into my account and there's an 'urging shipping' button that when pressed thanks you for reminding them. What legitimate business forgets to ship unless you log in and remind them?? That's got me worried...

If it's coming from China it can take up to a month, so I wouldn't worry yet. Again how did you pay? If by credit card or Paypal you will be able to make a claim if your item doesn't appear. (Not sure about debit cards?)

Chinese sellers aren't the most reliable, mainly due to the quality / sizing of the garments and also the high number of items that get lost in the mail.

A quick investigation around the site or Google is usually enough to tell you where the site is based, if you'd rather avoid these risks.

I order 2 dresses from them. One arrived about 4 weeks later. It was tiny! It was meant to be a size 14 but I couldn't get it over my head. A size 6' friend tried it and it was a snug fit! The other dress didn't arrive and after many emails, they said I had a credited amount with them. Cue more emails and it took about a month to get a refund.

This site is a scam. If items arrive at all they are the wrong size and terrible quality. The pictures they post on their website are just pictures of random people from the Internet. When they get an order for one of the items they make it up then. Please don't shop with them. I hope you will be able to get your money back.

I ordered this and I've just done reverse image look up and they've nicked the photos from a company called Swim Spot. Much MUCH more expensive so that's confirmed for me it's definitely a scam.

I looked on Swim Spot to see how much it would be knowing international shipping is often extortionate. Wasn't expecting to find a big price difference between Great Britain and United Kingdom

You've got 90 days to claim back with PayPal. I'm going to give it a month with regular chasing because I do actually want it. If it doesn't appear then I will have lots of correspondence to send to PayPal to show I've tried.

Oh dear. I ordered a dress from Rotita just over a week ago and am worried, after reading comments, that I have made a big mistake. I have not received any communication from them. I paid using PayPal and it has been taken from my bank account. Could someone give me their e mail address please as I don't see it on their web site? Thanks.

I ordered a dress, I needed a green dress for a specific reason. Paid extra for quick delivery. It didnt arrive on time. I then went away for a few weeks and it arrived whilst I was away.

It was rubbish, nothing like the images. I chalked it down to experience.

Months later I found the package when sorting out and decided to do a paypal claim. Rotita offered a 10% refund, then a 50%, I refused and paypal said to return it for a refund. Tracked to china was greater than the price of the full refund (although paypal said the buyer would cover returns).

I emailed paypal pointing out the return cost and stating that I didn't trust the seller. I got a full refund with no return required.

I ordered a swimsuit but after purchasing I checked the company reviews and got really worried the company was a scam. I cancelled the order with the company by email and requested a refund through PayPal, which I received after a few emails. Weirdly the swimsuit did arrive but it was ages later. The quality was awful and the sizing was tiny. I was so glad I had received the refund. I would never purchase from them again.

I am having problems with this company. Item arrived but was too big although I used their size chart. They are very difficult to get hold of but when I did they said I should try to sell it or give it to charity. They also said they would consider a partial reduction for the item but I haven't had a reply to my reply. The item incidentally was sold a top but turned out to be a dress.. I will involve PayPal, which I told them, if I don't have a satisfactory outcome.

They always advertise on FB and lots of the comments are from angry customers.

Maybe let your local Trading Standards Offices across the UK know of any difficulties? They may be compiling the number of people who have tried to order but not received items. They may also know if the Company is genuine. I thought it was US-based.

This company based in China doesn't care about their customers so watch out. Paid extra for early delivery of my order - took over a month. When I complained they said I had ordered HOT SALE items and couldn't have fast delivery. I think all of their items are HOT SALE. In any case why did they allow you to pay extra if you can't have early delivery on them. Then they said I could have a 50% refund if the goods arrived after a certain date. When I contacted them to ask for the 50% refund they changed the date and said I couldn't have one. The goods were too late for my holiday and in any case didn't fit - their sizing is all over the place. I'm going to sell them on eBay - why - well take a look at their returns policy. Besides which I wouldn't trust them to refund me anyway.

Hi put a message on here about this Chinese company but it seems to have vanished. Having given up all hope of a refund I said I was going to contact Barclaycard to get them to sort it out. Rosita's reply was ' Best Wishes!' which I think translates from Chinese to English as 'Up Yours'.
Be Warned - I've got £80's worth of very, very late goods, in a size which doesn't fit because the sizing is wrong and no comeback. they do not care at all!

I really wish I had seen this before I bought my swimwear! My order arrived at the date I expected it too, did a quick try on, and it does fit, but there are elements that are not finished properly, and other elements that make this item nothing like the item pictured; but I am able to make any adjustments, that might be needed! Next time I will be researching ANY site that I might buy items from!

It’s an absolute SCAM, rubbish . The odd sale is OK to get occasional positive reviews to make it look legitimate . Most of the “glowing reviews “ are FAKE 100 % These garments are not possible to make in the bigger sizes advertised . It’s local Asian market standard quality and tiny sizes . It’s a money scam in reality . Google Rolita reviews and look at TRUST ADVISOR and the other main review sites . ROLITA AND OTHER LOOK ALIKE CHINESE WEBSITES . SOMe IF EVEN HAVE A UK ADDRESS , Bank ac is international not UK , but in reality ship from China . Their customer service is in poor English with an automatic post reply to complaints on review sites . It is all set up to rip off UK PUBLIC. These sites are on the no 1 of most complained about websites . If it looks too good for the price- it is too good to be true . Don’t be fooled . You only ever get money back , only by flooding them with threatening well worded emails , see on Trust advisor . Full descriptions there . Google review websites if you thought about buying from
These fab photo cheap price Chinese websites . They only refund through company’s like Amazon pay as don’t have a UK BANK AC , as they don’t in reality have a return refund service . RIP OFF RIP OFF TIP OFF . ☠️👿☠️👿☠️👿 DONT DO IT . Give your money to a UK Charity instead .
