I moved into new flat in July. I left my 'dh' last August I could only afford a house share. I left in July. I now have a lovely flat. It's beautiful fully furnished....... But the water pressure does not work. There is a shower but it's not viable. Washing machine takes 1hr for a 30 min wash.
All doable but every weekend from about 5-12 am to pm I have screaming in the flat above me. I have listened and worked out it probably someone with severe mental health issues. And I sympathy for the person looking them. But there is screaming and shouting from 6 am till 10 pm. I don't want to call the police or social services but maybe there could be something done?
