On Bluesky yesterday. Sorry if there’s already a thread but I couldn’t see one. The replies would indicate this is a common thing. Really?

Fantasy. There is another thread about JM where someone has found a picture from last year showing him with his wife, who is much smaller than he is and slightly built. There is zero chance that anybody took her for a man.

teawamutu · 22/05/2025 09:38

I wouldn't trust him to tell me the time.

"Her breasts were not what make her a woman" - sounds like he almost gets it

MissScarletInTheBallroom · 22/05/2025 09:38

Of all the things that didn't happen, this one didn't happen the most.

PermanentTemporary · 22/05/2025 09:39

I believe it's true in itself. I do wonder exactly what the situation was and what the challenge consisted of, but I do think that TOILETS becoming the single focus of so many stories about this issue has made this sort of thing more likely. I hope the situation settled down and that we will go back to being able to assume that people are using toilets in good faith.

JustBitetheKnotsOff · 22/05/2025 09:39

Is there nothing of his wife's private life, or private wardrobe, that that man won't use?

TheAutumnCrow · 22/05/2025 09:40

Is that what he’s saying, @Gasp0deTheW0nderD0g?! Bloody hell.

I can’t get past the crass blurting out of ‘[his] wife’s’ private medical information to the whole world.

Daysofcake · 22/05/2025 09:40

Been using the Ladies for nearly 50 years now, and never once in my life have ever seen any woman “challenged” for looking “like a man”. Anyone else? If it was that common, surely the average woman would have witnessed it at least once, possibly several times?

That's the worst part of this. Using his wife's illness to protect predatory men and telling the whole world her private medical information. Poor woman.

Coatsoff42 · 22/05/2025 09:43

I don’t think this happened, but mostly because women hate confronting men in enclosed spaces. I doubt any men pass in the toilets, either women have got too much on to get involved with it right there and then, or they have lived experience of why it’s a bad idea to confront men, and put their own safety first.

edited to add comma.

TheOtherRaven · 22/05/2025 09:44

Because women pick on other women for having mastectomies all the time, of course they do. It's not like women ever have basic compassion or know women, often related to them, who have with breast cancer, or have a great deal of sympathy for a woman who's endured this.... 🙄What nonesense. I've seen pictures of his wife, no one would for a moment mistake her for a man.

This didn't happen. It's just yet more crowbarring to try and force non consenting women to submit to men in their spaces. Hence bizarrely claiming that women who want rights and privacy from men see other women as kind of inhuman lego constructs.

rebmacesrevda · 22/05/2025 09:44

Maybe she was challenged for being married to a twat.

Igmum · 22/05/2025 09:44

Of course she was. As a tall short-haired woman who always wears trousers I’m expecting to be challenged next time I use the ladies. Seems constant. Interesting that the first person these unfortunates tell is always a TRA.

That was what I thought the OP would say when I opened the thread.

Greyskybluesky · 22/05/2025 09:45

I really do feel for his wife (even if she does support him) and I hope she's cancer free now and living a fulfilled life.

A mastectomy is not something that should be broadcast all over social media as a cheap gotcha. Have some bloody dignity, man.

colonialwomanonthewing · 22/05/2025 09:46

How humiliating for her; to be used as a figure in his made up stories designed to (presumably) curry favour with another family member for being on the right side of history, while he tweets about sliding into a prominent TIM’s DMs. He’s tanked his reputation.

This.

Incidentally very happy to reassure another woman who doesn't feel safe at any time that I'm not a man who does not care about her needs or feelings or boundaries, and is trying to deceive her because I want to use her as a validatory (or other) experience. That's fine. Can do that as often as necessary. Not a problem.

I often wish I had your way with words, @RedToothBrush.

NecessaryScene · 22/05/2025 09:51

I believe it's true in itself.

Curious that she posted a few weeks earlier about it as a hypothetical thing that might happen to her while constructing her own fantasy arguments.

potpourree · 22/05/2025 09:52

As JM is a lawyer who is known to be dishonest, I'd assume that "was challenged" technically means she found something difficult to do, or that someone suggested they have a race or something.

Unfortunately BC is very common and you'd have to be fairly unusual not to have encountered a woman with a mastectomy before.

I'd love to know exactly what does make her a woman, but JM is far too dishonest to ever suggest what he considers that to be.

andtheworldrollson · 22/05/2025 09:53

Funny isn’t it that women tend not to focus on breasts or lack of when “sexing” someone but men do ?

OldCrone · 22/05/2025 09:56

Amazing that 6-foot plus men like Robin Moira White have used women's toilets for years with no problem (or so he says), but when a small, short-haired woman has a mastectomy, she's immediately challenged as being in the wrong place.
