It is interesting - our brains have evolved to respond to faces, which is why you see faces in the curtain patterns in the dark. Small babies respond to faces. Recognition is hard wired in.

If you start messing with the faces with surgery, it is confusing and works for a while - but once you are used to seeing these alterations, your brain goes back to seeing what it is.

And that is without the way the rest of the head and body is seen.

Oh yes that makes a lot of sense. So her daughters either have had or are aiming to have double mastectomy to make them look like men. She’s already had that done so now being told by her husband and daughters she is perceived as a man. As I guess JM also perceives all other cancer survivors with a double mastectomy.

I’m old and have always used public toilets when I’m out. Never seen or heard of this happening. Never turned a hair if I see a ‘masculine’ looking woman, because I know she’s a woman.

If it’s started happening now, that’s purely because men have started intruding in women’s toilets. That’s harmful to women and, clearly, even more unfair to women who don’t fit the feminine stereotype.

This is so true. My heart aches for the children and adolescents being caught up in this.

Yes, you’d almost think these men were obsessed with staring at breasts, and don’t realise that women aren’t. Better not tell the ones who identify as women how very unfeminine their behaviour is ….
