BU - that may have been her interpretation - even if an interest in what my gender idneity is
NC - you must have understood that even if she was mistaken, she was finding your presence threatening, beacuse she saw you as a man
BU - I can't tell - she may have different feelings about it, hadn't, I don't know what her feelings were. I could guess. I describe it as sad that somebody may be having feelingsbased on incorrect pssibly prejudiced judgement about myself, I can't be certain how she feels.
NC - despite knowing she's unhappy to find you there, you continieued to use the CR?
BU - yes
NC - despite knowing SP was upset
BU - no knowledge of what her feelings were, I've been told to get changed there, don't know SP's level of discomfort or her reasons for it. I need to get changed, that's the one I've been told to use. We discussed this with Dr Searle. I said it was uncomfortable
Any other member of staff uncomfortable changing in a group setitng is free to use another changing room
