NHS Fife tries to silence nurse - Sandie Peggie vs NHS Fife Health Board and Dr Beth Upton - thread #8

Sandie Peggie, a nurse at Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy (VH), has brought claims in the employment tribunal against her employer; Fife Health Board (the Board) and another employee, Dr B Upton. Ms Peggie’s claims are of sexual harassment, harassment related to a protected belief, indirect discrimination and victimisation. Dr Upton claims to be a transwoman, that is observed as male at birth but asserting a female gender identity.

The Employment Tribunal hearing started on Monday 3 February 2025 and is expected to continue for 2 weeks. The hearing commenced with Sandie Peggie giving evidence. Dr Beth Upton started giving evidence on Thursday 6 February.

everytime DrU states "I'm not a man" and "I am a woman" the Judge needs to remind him he's on oath to tell the truth.

DrU knows he's lying, we all know he's lying, the judge knows he's lying.

This man is repeatedly lying under oath.

There is zero difference between "cis men" and men who identify as women that isn't based on presentation.

Beth/Brian/Frank typifies the smarmy type of male that typify the trans activist movement. Their battle is terminology, linguistics, definitions to distract from the indisputable fact he is, was, and remains a male.

Can I just pause for a moment to note how utterly exhausting it must be to live inside DU's head, a head in which every single person he encounters is categorised as 'cis' or 'trans'. It’s truly unbelievable.
