You may attend in person or remote viewing has been quite limited but you can request log in details from

[email protected]

Header should read

URGENT CURRENT CASE - Public Access Request - J Phoenix - The Open University - 3322700/2021

Ask for access link and pin and please give your name and address in the email as they check when you connect to the tribunal.

The clerk will ask you (in a private remote room) to put your camera on to verify, this involves looking at you, but no ID is needed. You may turn off your camera after this pointless and unnecessary process.

We've had many student protests at my university including ones where they occupied buildings. And left them in an awful state - they ordered food deliveries and left the boxes and remnants of food everywhere, they had a dog which they didn't clean up after, they left things everywhere. And none of them cared about the minimum wage cleaning staff who would have to clean up their mess

Dun! Dun! Dun!

Mmmnotsure · 18/10/2023 14:05

JM: DD had a disconcerting email over lunch. It could have been eg as a result of reading TT. But if the person who sent it is on the feed should be kicked off. J to look at name.

Ameanstreakamilewide · 18/10/2023 14:06

The plot thickens...

ickky · 18/10/2023 14:06

That's a bit of a worry. Wonder what they said.

What?

ickky · 18/10/2023 14:07

How did they get her email address?

OP posts:
Ameanstreakamilewide · 18/10/2023 14:07

That seems like the sort of thing the other side would do.

ickky · 18/10/2023 14:08

It does indeed.

My thoughts exactly.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 18/10/2023 14:08

I agree.

LarkLane · 18/10/2023 14:09

How very convenient. An attempt to close us down is in the wind.

Froodwithatowel · 18/10/2023 14:09

Whoever did it, absolutely unacceptable. Odd they know her email. I guess we'll see if this is a silly attempt to try and prove why it's ok to be prejudiced and DD is on the side of the angels.

RocketPanda · 18/10/2023 14:09

DD trying to get out of further questions.

IcakethereforeIam · 18/10/2023 14:09

I wonder if the OU does first name.lastname then a standard ou.ac.uk or something similar? If they do it wouldn't have been hard to guess.

chilling19 · 18/10/2023 14:10

That was some sneeze from the gallery

Chrysanthemum5 · 18/10/2023 14:10

That was some sneeze!

Mmmnotsure · 18/10/2023 14:10

ickky · 18/10/2023 14:07

How did they get her email address?

Well exactly. And interesting that JM also went straight to bringing TT into it - saying it might have been TT as you would know from them when gone to lunch. Not sure that argument holds.

ItsAllGoingToBeFine · 18/10/2023 14:10

Has the judge seen the email?

ickky · 18/10/2023 14:10

ItsAllGoingToBeFine · 18/10/2023 14:10

Has the judge seen the email?

No, just given name from JM.

OP posts:
Chrysanthemum5 · 18/10/2023 14:11

I think JM was saying the person may have been online as they knew the tribunal has broken for lunch or they could have seen it on TT. So not necessarily someone watching

Ameanstreakamilewide · 18/10/2023 14:11

Yes. JM showed the Judge, who emailed Justin to remove them.

LarkLane · 18/10/2023 14:11

TT have been extremely even in their reporting.
