I think it must have been composed like the game where one person writes something then folds it over and hands it to the next person with the added fun of all wearing blindfolds to retain anonymity.

These people are so damaging to the OU and its reputation

And that is a shame because the OU provides a study route for those who can't access traditional university

I do really feel for Jo, imagine hearing that your colleague thinks so badly of you that he thinks you need to be kept away from children. I think the only solace is that they all appear to be loons.

I'm on leave for two weeks so I slept late and have not yet showered but this is too interesting to leave.

Ben's finishing points are masterly, aren't they? I wonder what his preparation looks like? How much are his questions pre-determined, and how much do they depend on what the witness actually says? Is there a flowchart type notation, e.g. with a sign for a loop to go round until you get the witness to say what you want them to say, then stop?

Ros Atkins' book on The art of explainers is good and gives an overview of his preparation and delivery techniques. I only hope that we needn't wait until BC retires before he writes a book on his technique.

Maybe we need a crowdfunder for a Masterclass by him on how to prepare for a sensitive discussion with HR that asserts the law for GC employees? I would sell precious items to be able to attend and for others to do so.

Panel member to CW - heard you had contributed to the open letter and also heard there were a lot of requests from the claimant to take it down. When was it taken down.
