ickky · 13/10/2023 16:35

Started on 2nd October at Watford Employment Tribunal (Radius House, 51 Clarendon Rd, Watford WD17 1HP 01923 281750)

You may attend in person or remote viewing has been quite limited but you can request log in details from

Email [email protected]

Header should read

URGENT CURRENT CASE - Public Access Request - J Phoenix - The Open University - 3322700/2021

Ask for access link and pin and please give your name and address in the email as they check when you connect to the tribunal.

The clerk will ask you (in a private remote room) to put your camera on to verify, this involves looking at you, but no ID is needed. You may turn off your camera after this pointless and unnecessary process.

Vegemiteandhoneyontoast · 13/10/2023 16:40

Thanks for the new thread, and to all those reporting.

CriticalCondition · 13/10/2023 16:41

Thanks ickky.

Mmmnotsure · 13/10/2023 16:41

Why do all these OU witnesses think the tribunal is about them? They are behaving as though they are the main attraction.

If I knew how to link to the You're So Vain song I would.

pronounsbundlebundle · 13/10/2023 16:42

Oooh shiny new thread. Thanks @ickky

CriticalCondition · 13/10/2023 16:42

Blimey, sudden close up of the judge.

FloweryWowery · 13/10/2023 16:43

Thanks x. Have done some further planting

ickky · 13/10/2023 16:43

Are we waiting for Blackstone to put up the witness statement?

PMK thanks @ickky Flowers

Thank you. I’ve done some gardening. As others have said - very good value for money.

They think the court room is an extension of Twitter.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 13/10/2023 16:44

I was thinking exactly the same. I think they all just have "main character syndrome" as people call it

MyLadyDisdainlsYetLiving · 13/10/2023 16:44

Did anyone catch what the technical issues are and why the television in the court room is a problem?

PoshCoffee · 13/10/2023 16:45

What’s going on? I just popped out for a cuppa

MyLadyDisdainlsYetLiving · 13/10/2023 16:45

Clerk has obviously buggered off home. POETS day and all of that.

Have they tried turning it off and on again?

I think they have trouble with the server that has the witness statements on it? Which may be why we haven't got it? Not sure...

Mmmnotsure · 13/10/2023 16:47

Could we have a brief pause in memory of the timetable.

ickky · 13/10/2023 16:47

Blackstone are no longer in the remote room.
