You may attend in person or remote viewing has been quite limited but you can request log in details from

Email [email protected]

Header should read

URGENT CURRENT CASE - Public Access Request - J Phoenix - The Open University - 3322700/2021

Ask for access link and pin and please give your name and address in the email as they check when you connect to the tribunal.

The clerk will ask you (in a private remote room) to put your camera on to verify, this involves looking at you, but no ID is needed. You may turn off your camera after this pointless and unnecessary process.

Gosh if this witness is only available today it's not great having delays at this hour!

JoIsBraverThanIAm · 13/10/2023 16:48

Statement on Monday. They only have a problem with the TV!

ickky · 13/10/2023 16:48

Mmmnotsure · 13/10/2023 16:47

Could we have a brief pause in memory of the timetable.

NOOOOO

ickky · 13/10/2023 16:49

FFS we are muted again.

Great. I could hear her all the time. Now the J has switched something and I can't hear a thing.

GrumpyMenopausalWombWielder · 13/10/2023 16:49

Placemark

Mmmnotsure · 13/10/2023 16:47

Could we have a brief pause in memory of the timetable.

And to consider whether Peter Keogh is Catholic or not.

Ameanstreakamilewide · 13/10/2023 16:51

I think, i think he mentioned it once, or twice!

chilling19 · 13/10/2023 16:51

What is happening?

MyLadyDisdainlsYetLiving · 13/10/2023 16:52

Given the lack of attention the clerk is giving to this meeting, and the fact the sound went when the judge logged out, I think that's probably it for us for today.

Ameanstreakamilewide · 13/10/2023 16:52

We've lost audio, but the J hasn't noticed.

Sisterpita · 13/10/2023 16:53

The good news is that Jo’s crowdfunder is going up. From when I pledged it’s gone up c£5k. Nearly £210k.

SidewaysOtter · 13/10/2023 16:54

ickky · 13/10/2023 16:48

NOOOOO

Dearly beloveds, we are gathered here today in loving memory of The Timetable. It struggled valiantly but ultimately lost its brave fight in the face of adversity and we pay tribute to it. Family flowers only.

Honestly, if Ben isn't half way down a stiff gin by 5.10pm he has a remarkable level of restraint.

LarkLane · 13/10/2023 16:54

UnalterableSpaceCadet · 13/10/2023 16:50

And to consider whether Peter Keogh is Catholic or not.

That would be an ecumenical matter!

Chrysanthemum5 · 13/10/2023 16:55

Someone has put their camera on with a sign saying no audio. Maybe that will get their attention

Ameanstreakamilewide · 13/10/2023 16:55

Ben's supposed to be finished with her by 17:00!

MyLadyDisdainlsYetLiving · 13/10/2023 16:55

Lol at a couple of online attendees trying to get the attention of the court room that there is no sound. Someone is holding up a "no audio" sign in front of their camera

GCITC · 13/10/2023 16:56

What's happened is when the TV went down, which I assume is where they can see the screen, the judge logged in herself.

Due to the feedback she muted the room. They got the TV working again, the judge has logged off, but not unmuted the room.

ickky · 13/10/2023 16:56

People have put their cameras on in the remote room, trying to signal that we have all been muted. Someone has a sign. 😂

OP posts:
Sisterpita · 13/10/2023 16:56

I know and they have said she has to finish today.

ickky · 13/10/2023 16:56

Someone is trying to phone the clerk.

OP posts:
Chrysanthemum5 · 13/10/2023 16:56

NS seems very animated about whatever she is saying. I'm sorry to be missing her pearls of wisdom

Ameanstreakamilewide · 13/10/2023 16:57

Yeah, her body language is interesting.

pronounsbundlebundle · 13/10/2023 16:58

Body language of a zealot?

Signalbox · 13/10/2023 16:58

I doubt they'll stop to fix this issue now. More important to get the witness finished if they are only available today.
