Email [email protected]

URGENT CURRENT CASE - Public Access Request - J Phoenix - The Open University - 3322700/2021

Must keep the heretic away from the poor children.

Is this person a transman?

Mmmnotsure · 16/10/2023 10:14

BC: reading what CW wanted to do, ie to keep JP out of everything, away from the kids etc with her awful views.

BC: the idea of JP doing research re children from GC perspective - you'll take legal action if poss to stop her

ickky · 16/10/2023 10:14

CW was unhappy that the email was included in the bundled and protested at the time but was unable to have any influence on the amount of redaction he wanted.

OP posts:
Mmmnotsure · 16/10/2023 10:15

CW: most worried c JP doing research c transgenderism in children.

AutumnCrow · 16/10/2023 10:16

Well isn't CW just the gift that keep on giving?

Mmmnotsure · 16/10/2023 10:16

CW wanted email redacted more and unhappy it wasn't.

[no idea why he is upset - surely nothing to hide?]

Rightsraptor · 16/10/2023 10:17

And so early in the week, @AutumnCrow.

Ameanstreakamilewide · 16/10/2023 10:17

I'm confused.

So what if Jo was going to research 'transgenderism in children'??

ickky · 16/10/2023 10:17

@Mmmnotsure I think because it was making wild accusations about JP.

I'm confused.

So what if Jo was going to research 'transgenderism in children'??

CW wanted to shield them from JP's hate!

I need a sarcasm emoji!

PoshCoffee · 16/10/2023 10:13

Is this person a transman?

Don't think so. Has academic publications under this name back to at least 2000, anyway - not that that necessarily means anything with "Chris" (abbreviated back then too).

RethinkingLife · 16/10/2023 10:20

Rightsraptor · 16/10/2023 10:17

And so early in the week, @AutumnCrow.

wrt BC's voice or the CW testimony? The email does seem fairly damning.

Mmmnotsure · 16/10/2023 10:20

BC: Guardian letter simply asked gvt to protect GC research from being shut down.

CW: long pause. [There are lots of long pauses] No, talked c things not being funded.

BC: You are applying your irrational fears c GC belief.

[irrational fears on the bingo card pls]

CriticalCondition · 16/10/2023 10:20

CW says more than once that he thinks his email to Helen Bowes-Catton which BC has taken him too was not redacted enough in the bundle. He made objections seeking further redactions which were turned down.

Rightsraptor · 16/10/2023 10:21

I'm not on Twitter so can't see it as TT are live tweeting, but does CW not realise what he's said about Jo P in his haste to make himself look virtuous - that Jo approached her research with 'hate' in her heart and not the cool, rational head that researchers are supposed to have? How can he think he looks good saying this? Beggars belief.

Mmmnotsure · 16/10/2023 10:22

BC: email to Dr Bowes Catton. Your aversion to JP and her GC ws such that you wouldn't act as her trades union rep.

CW: Not just cos of that

OP posts:
Rightsraptor · 16/10/2023 10:22

I meant CW testimony, @RethinkingLife. Though, by the end of today, who knows?

Mmmnotsure · 16/10/2023 10:22

CW: prepared to resign as TU rep rather than help JP

Ameanstreakamilewide · 16/10/2023 10:23

Another one with a NB kid, by the sound of it.

chilling19 · 16/10/2023 10:23

So he was going to refuse to union rep her? What an arrogant prick.

CriticalCondition · 16/10/2023 10:23

CW - didn't think I could offer union rep to the claimant if this went ahead because of people I was close to who were trans and nb. I offered my resignation which was refused.

Ameanstreakamilewide · 16/10/2023 10:24

But, but, but the letter, @chilling19

The mean old letter! 😩

Twat. 🤨
