BC still croaky

I got kicked out (or did something myself. Hope they let me back in and it's not oversubscribed.

Oh dear poor BC and JP. Ben sounds v croaky and Jo is feeling under the weather

Jo feeling a tad unwell also and will need to occasionally get up to walk about.

Everyone is ill. Ben still croaky. Instructing solicitor not in. JP not feeling well. Not surprising.

I think according to the discussions last week in no particular order it's Williams, Shakesheff and Bowes-Catton. But that's only an estimated two and a half hours of cross exam so there must be someone else.

There's a nasty cold around at the moment, all round the country. It wiped me out for several days and I'm still struggling although much improved and very glad I'm having another quiet recovery day at home.
