I have long been concerned at the young age that children are considering themselves to be of a different gender and the encouragement/support they are given by parents/guardians to start the transitioning journey when really they aren't mature enough to be sure/make that decision. I agree with OPs views. It certainly does seem to be in vogue now.

Likewise, I've noticed it seems to be a badge of honour to be bi sexual. Years ago, it was standard that teens would have crushes on same sex peers and then later on discover whether they were gay etc when they were more mature. Of course, for some, they will always be sure of their sexuality but the pressure wasn't on them that it seems to be today.

People love categories, good poor bad poor, good victim bad victims. People can be complicated. She / he isn't reliable etc. But you can't dismiss the article without reading it first.

SM is targeting any and everyone.And while he is 30,he has not made very mature decisions. But hopefully he'll get whatever help he needs.

It's a shame as it's actually a long article and is nuanced. Not the normal crap. But if people want to judge without bothering to read it it's on them. 🤷. Take away the trans side of it. And just focus on the mental health issues and the fact that there is so little support, long waiting lists. Families are left in limbo

Not right now, no, of interest would be help with juggling work, kids, animals, house, exams, sick days, a brother with mh issues and a mum in another county.
