As I understand it, we don't have to call male sex offenders 'she'? So unless the rules have changed, I don't think it was taken down for that 😕

TWAW doesn't stretch to TW being female does it? Female is XX even to those deluded people who believe gender overrides this.... I fucking well hope so!

They are after the word female too. Any word that describes us as a sex class is at risk…

The issue is that many people, and in some cases our laws, consider trans women to be female. And as much as you’d like your opinion to be the only opinion, it isn’t. Nor is it any more valid than anyone else’s.

If you were to do a poll of the general public on whether this person was a woman, I'm confident the vast majority would say no.

As for whether this person is female, even genderists don't believe that. At least, they claim to acknowledge biological sex - and female refers to sex, not gender identity. Logically that means TRAs don't think transwomen are female.

I have asked a great many people in a very respectful and inclusive way whether they believe TW are women over the last 5 years. Almost none do. Some believe women should deal with TW as they are 'better at that sort of thing' and some believe TW should be allowed to believe they are women and act like women and occupy women's spaces, but almost none believed TWAW.

I didn't make any but it's true there were mocking posts. I will report any other posts I see mocking appearance as they are fairly frequent on here. Although it's usually women who are mocked rather than men.

Yes. In the context of this thread though, it doesn't remotely help people such as Willoughby for male sex offenders to be allowed to 'identify as women' and have courts and the media going along with it.

It is not opinion but fact though that trans women cannot ever actually be female because that is one of two biological sexes.

A man who is trans gender may ‘cross’ over to adopt perceived feminine traits and social norms, possibly using surgery and hormones to appear more feminine. But the sex cannot change to female.

The reason a trans woman is ‘trans’ is because they are not of the female sex to start with. But it is not possible to change sex, only gender in the social sense.

A trans woman can by law have gender recognition and live socially as though they were one of the female sex.

Generally biological females commit far fewer sex crimes than biological males (whatever the gender identity of those biological males.).

MN should post the rules at the top of every board IMO. Deleting the thread in chat was a bit unfair as many of the posters there probably didn't know about the extra strict rules for this topic. There were a lot of posters on that thread who genuinely did not know the ramifications of current policy.

Well, for example, should there have actually been another female dog fucker this year, then the Daily Mail would be able to run the headline - 'Women Fucking dogs up 100% in one year' and be entirely truthful in doing so. As it is, if this is recorded as female, and assuming there were no actual female dog fuckers (which I think is reasonable), then the daily mail probably wouldn't run the 'infinite rise in women fucking dogs in 2021' headline, because a) most people would find that confusing, and b) people would ask questions about who that was, and it's better for the DM to head straight to the point.

I think we need to be very clear here, why identifying as female is an issue here. There will be some crimes where the gender identity of the perp is not relevant and some where it absolutely is.

Women are absolutely capable of bestiality and have been successfully prosecuted for it, so 'not our crime' isn't quite right here.

So, is the issue that the perp has adopted a trans identity as a flag of convenience, to try and get a more lenient sentence and access to a womens prison? And if so, we have no way of distinguishing genuine from non genuine people claiming trans identity?

Or is it that this evidence that in some cases trans identity is co-morbid with other really horrendous paraphilias, deviant and criminal behaviour.

Any which way, not really sttengthening the case for us opening our spaces
