Is that because the gentle feelings of men who gain some sort of perverted gratification in the abuse of children and animals, has to be considered first and foremost.

Yep. On Twatter I have had them telling me they were born female its just their genitals were wrong. Those who do have GRC have stated they are now cis women.
I have had "I am female because I have always felt female" usually followed my calling me a barrage of vile names and hoping I die a horrible death.

I sincerely hope the MoJ sees sense and puts him in a male sex offender prison, where he belongs. However if by some horrible accident he ends up in the women's estate he may just find that adult women are a bit harder to intimidate than small children and drugged-up dogs, and might just have something to say to him.

I’d be surprised if the man on the Clapham omnibus considered “trans women to be female”, given that they are biologically male.

And as for “our laws”, the Equality Act defines “man” and “woman” in terms of biological sex. The GRA enables changing the sex marker on a birth certificate but that is just a legal fiction.

Not sure if this had been said but if the person who apparently identifies as female, therefore they are female, had identified as a dog would that have been accepted and therefore not breaking any laws as it was dog/dog sex?

If you were to do a poll of the general public on whether this person was a woman, I'm confident the vast majority would say no.

As for whether this person is female, even genderists don't believe that. At least, they claim to acknowledge biological sex - and female refers to sex, not gender identity. Logically that means TRAs don't think transwomen are female.
