If Starmer genuinely implied that some men have a cervix, then Marr should have been in there and pushing to demonstrate to the general public what a fool he is. A real missed opportunity if he didn’t.

I think they will get it.

It was like why are is this man saying you can’t say only women have cervix’s and why talking about trans.

It's this 'most marginalised' crap that keeps getting trotted out.

There are people sleeping on the streets.

Labour has always traditionally done well with younger voter. Younger women, on the whole are more likely to be TRA. Like all political parties running up to an election they are only interested in votes. Labour is a lost cause on this issue.

Out of interest does anyone know if reclaim the streets have an official line on the trans debate?

I was so hopeful several years ago to have a working class women in politics, what a disappointment.
I am properly working class and have a strong regional accent. I also have a professional job. I would lose my job if I used that language.
My accent is lazy, we ignore vowels and drop the ends off words. I don't change my accent but, at work, I speak more slowly and don't lose the ends of words. If I am delivering training I use the full words, still with my accent
She is dining out on her background and, I was going to say accent but it's not, rough language perhaps?
