I'm a bit worried though - I think he could be onto quite a good money spinner here. Medical insurance (the indemnity insurance for professionals type of insurance) quite often settle out of court "without prejudice" just to avoid the legal costs of settling, so it may be quite some time before anyone decides to force him to actually go to court, and in the mean time, a lot of gynaecologists could see their professional indemnity insurance premiums sky-rocket to cover the cost of his vexatious litigation (note to any insurance professionals out there - nip this one in the bud or he will treat it as a never ending gravy train).
