@TheProdigalKittensReturn indeed, fortunately it hasn't paid off yet. It would be interesting to see how a court would address this though. Lines would have to be drawn and if Yaniv represents themselves then it would seem unlikely they would be in their favour

Surely JY will be lucky to get that in a court room after the Judge's decision on the last attempt? Bit of an open goal for a defence lawyer, vexatious litigant etc? Not to mention it's not about excluding people who are transgender so much as gynecology excluding people who don't actually have the gyne bits?

Although is this a repeat of the attempt to get it established that no field can focus on female bits, everyone must train for 'woman' in all it's many forms: which is going to be tricky when gynecology specifically refers to the biology of human females. Who have to be called something, and are born differently through no fault of their own with particular medical needs regardless of how exclusionary and upsetting this may appear.

The title of this thread is unfortunate, I shall be walking around reciting Noel Coward's 'Alice is at it again' for days now.

I think it is a mistake to dismiss Yaniv as mentally ill.
Abuse is the result of a world view, not a mental illness.
Yaniv makes a living extorting people. Like most grifters there are a lot of fails before hitting a lucrative payout.

Agreed. Yaniv knows exactly what Yaniv is doing. And Yaniv really is determined to force professionals to touch Yaniv's genitalia, using the law as coercion and revelling in the notoriety Yaniv is creating for Yanivself.

As to the Twitter screenshot, if the same gynaecologists are offering their services to transmen, then they're not being exclusionary and should therefore have no case to answer. That's in a world that hasn't completely lost sight of its senses, a circumstance about which I'm not altogether optimistic.

Kan of course, I was vaguely aware of his previous lawsuit shenanigans, I thought most of them were as Jonathan though and the transition was fairly recent when I personally first became aware of him (via here) which was before the waxing lawsuits. I do stand to be corrected, I'm not particularly well informed. I suppose it's more the constant posting of cake and how much a woman needs cake when she's on her period or the posting of female sex toys and how great they are that make me want all the commenters to just ignore, not a single reply to any bullshitty tweet that I'm referring to and I worded it badly.

got you and yeah, I am 10000% with you on that. Engaging with Jonathan Yaniv on the subject of his periods is like a pig wrestling David Cameron.

I thought you meant he shouldn't be getting publicity, and this is a situation where sunlight is definitely needed, even if he's enjoying the exposure rather too much.

(Also you are right that Jonathan did only become Jessica quite recently, but it seems that he's had that AGP period obsession for many years, and he's harassed a lot of young girls with period talk.)

As per Mockers' pp, if they did actually say "we don't serve transgender patients" then that sounds a bit crap. Presumably they should serve transgender patients with female genitals? ie it's the body, not the trans/otherwise status of the patient, that determines treatment.

I make no comment on the likelihood of JY accurately reporting any aspect of this.

Wasnt there also one girl they harassed that they denied even knowing or having spoken to. Then issued an apology which somehow made them look like the victim in the whole thing.

I still cannot believe that despite public predatory behaviour such as posting pictures with kids in the back ground, filming in a swimming pool, organising topless swims and obsessions with tampons and ten yr olds via social media, that the police only show up over a taser.... Hmm

I am not sure if photographing other people's children in toilets is illegal in Canada. It certainly should be.
