Every adult whose decisions have resulted in the situation Jazz Jennings is in now should be prosecuted, imo. Especially if they're not paying attention to the warning signs and stepping in to try and help now, because that poor kid has been crying out for help for a while.

I’m scarred reading that poem by Jazz. I really worry.

I hope that whatever court Yaniv is attending today recognizes that Yaniv needs help immediately.

And I hope that the court gives Yaniv the help they needs.

Yaniv is a dick. But they is also a victim of this ideology. If this ideology don’t exist, Yaniv would have got the help they needed long ago.

If the ideology didn’t exist, Yaniv would have been imprisoned long ago, because you’d hope that a male going into women’s toilets and taking photos that capture children would have elicited some form of law enforcement response.

Yaniv is not a victim, he’s exhibited fetishistic and predatory behaviour that the ideology allows him to exploit. There are real victims of this ideology - the young girls he’s messaged for example, and the poor girl whose face is everywhere in that creepy selfie he took.

Don’t get me wrong, I have zero sympathy or respect for Yaniv. They should be in jail. However, it is unlikely that they will be put in jail, so professional help is the best we can hope for.

Fundamentally this is extremely bad for women.
Young aspiring doctors are going to avoid training to be gynaecologists if they think there is the possibility of being sued by someone with a penis who thinks their identity should be validated.
This is bad news for women’s health. We are going back the way.

Yaniv is not a victim

Yaniv is a predator.

If a woman goes to the gynaecologist and the gynae discovers she has no cervix she would be send off for specialist investigation as to why. So if a gynae sees a tw and isn’t allowed to mention they are biologically male wouldn’t the dr have to send the patient off for the same investigations, which I presume involve things like chromosome testing and saying the word male, so wouldn’t seeing a gynae for a tw become a catch 22 where if the gynae treats them as a biological women then they’d have to refer them for this type of investigation that would involve outing them as male. So either they start at the point of being acknowledged as male, or they are treated as an actual female and end up with their maleness acknowledged by the investigation pretending they are female leads to.
