Re Miscarriage - I was in the public toilets in our local Tesco when it happened. It was distressing enough, I can't imagine how I would have felt with men around.

The only way gender neutral toilets would be acceptable to me would be if there was a floor to ceiling door, that's the same as if you were on a train or similar.
