Monday is weigh in day I think? This monday or next monday I'm not sure!

Mondays are good though as helps to prevent temptation over the weekend.

7lbs at a time is achievable.

Record all eatings and exercise to encourage good behaviour.

No cake allowed

Beauregard · 09/08/2009 20:35

Im not in any mummy birth club so maybe im in the wrong thread?
still getting fat though

treedelivery · 09/08/2009 20:36

pelvic Don't worry about being in a club, we all had babies in Jan (or in Dog's case Feb) and are desperately fighting the flab. Feel free to join, the more the merrier

LenniEd · 09/08/2009 20:37

Right the plan is...

What we eat and exercise on here each day - general comraderie support type stuff and ideas and then weigh in on Monday - crapola day to weigh in but sod it, might make us be good over the weekend.

Start tomorrow so clear out your wine and choccy tonight and first target is half a stone off.

We need a list... always need a list...

Lenni - Target 2 stone off by Christmas, first 7lbs by end of Sept please God of chocolate cake, make me resist so that list...

Lenni - DS born 7th Jan, Target -2st

LenniEd · 09/08/2009 20:39

Oh and PFNM, stay stay stay, we need more collective willpower.

LenniEd · 09/08/2009 20:43

OP posts:
PatTheHammer · 09/08/2009 20:44

Tree..... I demand that you snaffle the Kitkat tonight and remove all temptation for next week!

Oh, can we please have one 'treat night' a week? To use on what you want, few glasses of vino, chinese etc. Then if you have been bad you can forgo the treat night. I vote Friday

LenniEd · 09/08/2009 20:44

And only two lots of half a stone for you Pelvic - I'm veggie too, also guilty on the potato front.
