I'll join in, I think I can do it, have you tried the Kellogs diet ? thought about trying that for the first 2 weeks. I think I'm about 10st 10lbs

emmatmg · 01/01/2005 08:25

I'm 5'4" and somewhere between 9.5 and 10 stone.

Tend to stay off scales though and go by how bad I look when starkers.

JaNgLyBELLS · 01/01/2005 14:34

I can't join yet. Got two half xmas cakes, a bag of sausage rolls, some mince pies, cheesy biscuits and choccy wafers still to eat. I'll join later.

Anchovy · 01/01/2005 15:06

GROAN. I'll join in. 7lbs by the end of January would be absolutely perfect. DS (3) found my achilles heel over Christmas by proudly making me about 3 kilos of coconut ice for my Christmas present. Ingredients: sweetened dessicated coconut; sweetened condensed milk and..er..sugar. Oh and a tiny bit of pink food colouring (unsweetened). Have sentimentally eaten pretty much all of it (and quite a bit of the fudge he made DH).

My rules:

Never any more than 2 glasses of wine and less if possible (eeek!)
Absolutely no snacks other than fruit
Lots of fish and vegetables.
Exercise (sort of got out of the habit in the run up to Christmas)
Absolutely no coconut ice.

JaNgLyBELLS · 01/01/2005 16:01

OMG! I've got some coconut ice that DD gave me. I'll have to eat it. Can't be ungrateful.

codswallop · 01/01/2005 16:53
