deal

Loobz · 01/01/2005 22:53

Count me in too - I am a heifer - 5ft 3ins and just touching 12 stones. And I wonder why none of my clothes fit!!! I have been off work for 7 weeks with a broken foot and have eaten like a pig for probably the entire 7 weeks.
Going back to work on Monday so will be back into routine.
Do NOT let me use any crappy excuses for not sticking to diet - I can be quite inventive at times

Thank you Dior - I'm just at the desperate stage where I worry that I will not lose this and will be stuck at this weight - aarrgghh!!!
I can be good when I put my mind too it - I know I'm just panicking. Need back to work and back into a routine again - roll on Monday

I'm back on the wagon as of Tuesday. I've been on a diet since last May and lost 3 stone, have gone from size18-20 to a size 12. I've given myself a rest from the exercise and diet over Christmas, as it all got a bit boring.
I hope to drop another stone and fit comfortably into a size 10. My main aim is to wear a tinsy winsy bikini for my summer hols.

turquoise · 02/01/2005 14:28

5'6" and 9 stone 11. I also put on a pound yesterday which is why I prefer to go by tightness of jeans - I seem to be able to fluctuate by about 4 pounds incredibly easilly without feeling (or looking) any different at all.
Did have a couple of snacks yesterday though, but no wine.

Anchovy · 02/01/2005 14:52

Didn't realise we had to fess up start size. Can only do mine in kilos as my scales only do kilos. Please note my central heating has broken down and I stripped off to weigh myself, which I think shows true dedication. I'm 66kgs and 162cm - eek: "usually" about 62/63kgs, so if I lose 3.5kgs that is about 7lbs and takes me back to "normal" (note use of " " to denote happens more often in my head than in reality).

On the plus side- been to the gym today; no cocnut ice so far - have demonstrated my deep love for DS by making playdoh shapes with him all morning rather than eating his coconut ice.

Minus side - more than 2 glasses of wine last night: well, we have no central heating and DD (15months) has learned how to open doors and climb on the coffee table and jump off - what am I supposed to do when I've got them into bed - eat a stick of celery?????

AuntyQuated · 02/01/2005 15:01

5 feet 6 ins.

10 st 4lb

want to get down to 9st.7lb.

dietingdottee · 02/01/2005 15:03

Can I join to Cod? I really need to. I'm a mega-heifer!!!

5'5" (and 13st 5lb she whispers)

But I was 14st 4lb in the summer so I'm inspired!

AuntyQuated · 02/01/2005 15:03

still loads of choc, Christams cake, mince pies in the house and kids don't back to school til Mon 10th so no gym til then. but will try

dietingdottee · 02/01/2005 15:06

Oh I'm definately off booze!

Got bladdered on NY eve and was ill yesterday. Still felt queezy passing the drinks section in Morries this morning.

But there's still chocy bix knocking about the house and I know where they are.

dietingdottee · 02/01/2005 15:17

It's gone quiet so I'm bumping it by showing you all where I'm going with my mum next weekend.

I can't wait!!!

nasa · 02/01/2005 16:10
