Welcome @RedRum27 ! I think main problems I see are people moving up too quickly on the tablets, I've been trying to stay mindful of how I'm feeling on them, and moving up once I'm starting to lose effectivity, Vs moving up to 7mg after a month.
I think many of the horror stories you hear of people unable to eat, sick, vomiting, etc are people who moved up before their body was used to the medication. So depending on how you react to the 3mg, you might end up wanting to split your 7mgs if the 3mg by itself is working okay for you. It does seem like their is a wide range of reactivity in users, for example I know of some who haven't ever needed to take more than 3mg, and others who 3mg didn't work at all!
The meds also build up over time, so it doesn't start as effective and it will build up over time.
My other advice is get lots of multivitamins - vitamin B12 is a big one for me, and I also have some fibre supplements and iron supplements. Try and focus on eating more protein. Same goes with fibre. You are quite likely to have some sort of toilet issue on these meds so make sure you have something handy for it in case!
Finally, the meds do repress hunger, but I also have to keep an eye on what I'm eating calorie wise on top of it as it's still easy to go over if you are eating calorifically dense stuff. I see Rybelsus more as a tool to help you along Vs a miracle cure. A tool enabling people who haven't got strong satiety cues to manage it.
That was Jaffa's Comprehensive Guide to Starting Rybelsus 😆😆😆
