Hi everyone
So far I've had two potato waffles for breakfast.
Lunch will be a pear and a tuna and sweetcorn extra light mayo sandwich.
Started off by sleeping in, never charged phone last night. Planned scrambled egg for myself and pancakes for dc, scrambled egg out the window thanks to sleep in, made pancake mix, gas ran out, had to make new plans for dc breakfast, put tank of gas into boot, also my lunch and handbag, tank moved and burst a can of monster, haven't checked how bad boot is yet, my lunchbag was soaked, hoping that's the worst of it.
Scales was 12st 7 yesterday morning, 12st 9.5lbs this morning, was driving a lot yesterday so very little water. I could even see I was dehydrated ifykwim
