Ugh sticky mess happier.

Sts this week.

lifelongfrugaleer · 28/11/2020 07:36

Oh dear not how many? Put them away now

Not2bObvious · 28/11/2020 08:08

Let's just say a lot. Lid went back on and I banished myself to bed (couldn't handle the Late Late, were you watching happier?)
On the plus side despite being a greedy guts, I had 600 cals less than last Friday. Progress of sorts?

Morning everyone 😀
Have stuck all foodstuffs for Christmas in my dining room cannot get in there for presents and crap 😂😂😂
l can see a difference in my shape in the mirror now and feel so much better thank you all for the support here it's been a lifeline 😊👏💐

Mrsmadevans · 28/11/2020 08:40

Definitely progress Not great stuff 😃👏

Not2bObvious · 28/11/2020 09:23

That's absolutely brilliant that you're seeing changes mrs, how you've managed to stick to your plan with the likes of me listing their never ending face filling is a testament to your commitment!
Tempted to do a weigh in today, I know I'm not heavier than 163.2 which was last nights number.

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 28/11/2020 13:06

Well done Mrs

lifelongfrugaleer · 28/11/2020 16:30

Too many carbs today, to few steps and I'm very hungry. Home made chicken curry for tonight. Let yum

lifelongfrugaleer · 28/11/2020 17:18

Chinese for dinner as dh lost track of time and didn't cook. Not worth the calories or the ££

Not2bObvious · 28/11/2020 19:46

Himself suggested chinese but I wasn't in the humour, defo tomorrow as the kids have been told. Calories for sub par takeaway should be refunded life, it's only fair

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 28/11/2020 20:19

Wish I hadn't bothered with it.

Not2bObvious · 28/11/2020 20:31

Hate that feeling. I've had my cals and some through the medium of wine. I haven't had anything snacky but it's early. I'm just not living in a weightloss world

OP posts:
Mrsmadevans · 28/11/2020 20:55

Ahh thank you both for beng so kind, l will have a weigh in before Christmas and see how much l have lost and tell you Grin I do find IF easy , even though l find myself either craving or hungry on times, l can't tell which it is Grin
Chinese sounds lovely for tomorrow Not good to look forward to Life that's a shame you didn't enjoy it , l love a takeaway but we very very rarely have one , l find whenever we have one we have to wait hours and then they mix our order up and half of it doesn't arrive & it is really expensive, Bah Humbug Grin

Not2bObvious · 28/11/2020 22:23

Seriously though mrs, you've been so focussed, only weigh if you really want
Truly it's only a number, I know how hypocritical I'm sounding of obvs

Thank you Not l will see how l fel Smile l know to my cost how the SOD vary from one meal to the next and how disheartening it can make you feel when you haven't done anything different. Sometimes the SOD would weigh me 4 pounds heavier because l ate some bread rolls & potatoes !!

lifelongfrugaleer · 29/11/2020 08:46

I think I reached an all time low last night. Going to start from today . Going for a long walk at 930

lifelongfrugaleer · 29/11/2020 08:46

Carb bloat Mrs. Gets me too

Not2bObvious · 29/11/2020 12:26

Last night is a literal blank, there was wine, there were chocolates and the one thing I'm pretty sure on is I only ate 1 bag of crisps. Ugg, feeling a tad delicate and had rubbish sleep. This morning I walked to a supermarket in the next town over so got some steps. Just under 7,500. I've also managed a couple of hours studying, I need to do a lot more but considering my low level hangover, I'm pleased with that as a start. I'll go back to it in an hour or two. Might be time for a light lunch as takeaway planned later, promises have been made & quite frankly I need it.

Made last night's curry. My god it was delicious. Chicken and spinach and chicken and sweet potato

Not2bObvious · 29/11/2020 18:21

That sounds amazing life, Indian curry yes? Our Chinese was delicious, but it'll definitely keep me from going near the scales. The salt level was off the chart!
Finishing off a glass of wine, have the tree and some lights up. Not down to me, I've been busy either studying or walking - just shy of 12,000. We're meant to come out of level 5 into level 3 on Tuesday. Cue the shopping pandemonium

OP posts:
Mrsmadevans · 29/11/2020 18:50

Your curry sounds delicious life
Much nicer than my plant sausages from Aldi red pepper and butternut squash & peas & briccoli but there isn't much taste to them tbh. I haven't tried the cauliflower masala ones but l bet they taste nicer 😃
Carb bloat yes, it's awfully disheartening when the SOD show 4 lbs more for nowt!
Not you have done well today with your steps great stuff!!

lifelongfrugaleer · 29/11/2020 19:05

One Indian one Carribean. From the spicery kits I have.
16k steps today too. And a chocolate bar. But otherwise a good day. Not enough fluids

Not2bObvious · 29/11/2020 20:20

Oh wow, I've never done a Caribbean curry. Great steps and around behaviour there for a Sunday, go you! I must look up the spicery, I remember you mentioning it before.
I'm absolutely destroyed now, I'd say I'll be asleep in the next hour.
Your food sounds very light & well behaved mrs in comparison to my msg mania

lifelongfrugaleer · 30/11/2020 06:36

I stooges on asod and am +10lb now on my best weight. Not in a good way.

I felt much better after yesterday. Got to keep it going now.

lifelongfrugaleer · 30/11/2020 08:08

Well that's my day shot after randomly being sick. Now feel a bit tum tender but no idea where that came from. Had tea and toast for its healing properties.
