Ummm oven warm cookies, I don't blame you. Good thing I did that push with the exercise, let's just say I've done well to break even. Maintenance day for sure, totally worth it, there was cream cake 🍰

Up 1lb on yesterday, up 2lb on last Friday. Not a real gain or at least I hope it isn't! Hate how much my mood is dictated by it

Did someone say warm oven cookies?! 👀

I have woken up feeling sick and with cramps. Obviously paranoid it’s my period coming. Weight 65kg so slight gain but think probably just water/salt. I have a lovely yoga stretch booked for 630 on zoom, just need to get through the day first!
Off for a gentle walk before my first lesson to clear my head and get some steps in!

lifelongfrugaleer · 05/02/2021 09:58

Yip gen
Or could it be settling in pains
Relax, much as that is easier to say than do.

Mrsmadevans · 05/02/2021 18:42

It won't be your period surely Gen l don't have to tell you how much we want this to work for you 🤗
Am having baked potatoes and cheese again today 😊 am so in need of confort food 😋😋

Not2bObvious · 05/02/2021 20:33

Having chocolate - regret to follow no doubt!

I had two squares of Lindt at lunch time and DH is currently making some sort of dessert out of cream, berries and oats cooked in butter and sugar.
Also consumed - 1 eggy bread crumpet and 50g smoked salmon, slice of spinach and mushroom frittata with salad, veggie Chili with cauliflower rice and a brown wrap. Handful of grapes and handful of crisps. Not sure on cals... hope it isn’t more than 1800.
Yoga was amazing, really relaxed me.
Thanks for all the good wishes ❤️

lifelongfrugaleer · 06/02/2021 05:20

Tea, toast and jam here after 0415 wake-up. Not going to be a good day.

Gensola · 06/02/2021 06:48

life I’ve woken up feeling sick to my stomach, on the day I was planning a lie in Hmm currently waiting for DH to wake up so I can ask for tea, I darent eat anything.

Not2bObvious · 06/02/2021 07:06

Sympathy to the early awake gang. I just woke up which is big for me, slept through from maybe 10pm, very very rare.
Are you ok gen? I'm bad, I'd wake my other half in your circumstances tbh - get some fluids in sooner rather than later. I'm sure he wouldn't want you feeling poorly on your own.
The day can turn itself around life, hope you're ok and not stressed.
Someone brought me a tub of chocolates yesterday. I inhaled many many of them. I really should never question my gains when I do shit like that so often. I didn't overdo the wine though, and had a light dinner for Friday. The guilt & shame though, I'd say I had 20 of them at least. It's the at least that scares me.

You say that not but I went to Aldi last night......

Hope tea helps you gen, maybe toast too? Flowers eat your feelings. Rich tea biccies save me during sickie times. Not good for the weight loss thought.

Had a nap on the sofa and feel better.

Not, take a break. You are feeling shite. Be kind to yourself

Gensola · 06/02/2021 08:20

DH currently deep in my bad books as I dragged myself out of bed saying I’d come and have a piece of toast with him. He then made toast just for himself (I was sitting huddled at kitchen table) and expressed surprise that I wanted some! So I had to drag myself up and make it, which then made me feel sick again. Movement seems to make it worse. Anyone know any good assassins?! Must be cheap and discreet! Grin

ememem84 · 06/02/2021 08:36

gen do you have any sea sickness bands? Wear those for a bit it might help xxx

Not2bObvious · 06/02/2021 09:01

Oh dear life, did the choceur come for you? I had to walk past it practically eyes closed on Thursday - it has its own sirens song!
I have no self restraint around tubs of sweets. I put it in all in mfp, over my daily by 1000 and up on the scales by .8 - my average is up .5 on last week. Nothing too bad - must stop with the catastrophic diet doom feelings. Also must stop being such a greedy bastard.
Sod it gen, no court in the land would sentence you, toast withholding is abuse!

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 06/02/2021 09:19

The choceur jumped in to my trolley.

You were with me gen. I definitely remember it. (Wipes bloody shovel and smooths new patio while whistling innocently)

Not2bObvious · 06/02/2021 13:26

Dragged my ass up and did 34 mins of les Mills bodypump, couldn't be arsed doing the core section and then 26 mins jogging on treadmill to make up my hours exercise. Trying for a level of consistency with exercise at least even if I eat like I'm hoping to get on 600lb life later this year.

Happierwithouthim · 06/02/2021 13:29

Life I hovered & resisted but the choc butter biscuits went in Grin

Happy scale made a big jump in the wrong direction so it's unhappy scale for me at the moment Grin probably because I'd a carb heavy dinner last night & opened celebrations tub during the week Wink
Forgot about my takeaway ban last night, was when I was eating it I remembered Shock
But have spice entice order now so it won't happen again for a long time.

Very excited about both these deliveries, pancakes were muck but I think it's my protein powder, best place for it is the bin I think Grin

Gensola I'd be raging with him Angry your frittata sounds lovely. Transfer success great news Thanks

Not deffo get the Thanks brightens my day when I see mine in kitchen, I replace as necessary normally every third week so approx 24c a day for the joy of fresh flowers Smile

I got flowers on Thursday, selection around is pretty poor but I managed to get an ok bunch. Yes, I love them too, so worth the few bob. Himself bought me stunning ones at Christmas from M&S and I was so thrilled
