A slot came free on Monday so I start then with 1 session and 3 the week later and I'll get probably 1 in Christmas week. €150 well spent on me I think

176 on scales this morning too so delighted with that too

Yesterday I was on track.
Today I slept in, had my first sausage and egg McMuffin in my life, prefer home made ones
Meeting my cuz for lunch and out for dinner with bf tonight, I'm driving so no alcohol calories

Happierwithouthim · 05/12/2020 12:57

Great result after salty food not

lifelongfrugaleer · 05/12/2020 13:56

Definitely good investment in you happier

Not2bObvious · 05/12/2020 15:44

Congrats on the weight drop happier, and excellent value on the PT, this'll give you a great boost I'm sure. Swear to god it's going to take industrial levels to turn me into an out out version of myself. The place we're off to is walking distance so I can put some nice boots on, as long as it's not too rainy. I don't even know if people get dressed up anymore!

Industrial levels of cosmetics I meant to say, or wine, then I won't care what I look like😂

Happy scale is registering me as gaining a lb in past 7 days but it still didn't spoil my delight in the drop.

Put teeth whitening strips on last night, to get me out of habit of snacking and had a pint of water by my side.

I've pulled out a Christmassy sparkly dress for tonight, just want to get into the spirit a bit

Mrsmadevans · 05/12/2020 18:58

Happier l have found it really helps me to fit into my clothes l haven't been able to get on fit me now it's a real incentive Smile well done !

Great results there. No results here

3 little trees up. The big one is packed away and cBa to get it down. Not much calorie burn stringing fairy lights though

Happierwithouthim · 06/12/2020 20:00

Delighted to see 12st 6lbs this morning

Had fish & chips for dinner last night and drove, had a couple of Bacardi and Pepsi max when I came home

So wasn't expecting that on scales

Mad the clothes are a super motivator that's for sure

Life great service from garmin , how many trees? Shock tries me out to put up one Grin
I picked up a few bits in flying tiger yesterday, I really like that shop.

Happier great work re your weight & l cannot fault your taste in Barcardi & coke/pepsi and Fish & chips omg yes! Xmas Grin
Not does you good to have a chill Smile
Just eaten gammon, corn & toms and it was delicious. I was really hungry tonight and this morning felt nauseous, l need to eat something like clementines before l go to bed l think. Lesson learned Smile

Not2bObvious · 06/12/2020 21:18

That's great happier, there's something magic about being the other side of a half stone mark.
I'm feeling v bloaty, and if nighttime weigh in is anything to go by, I'd best avoid a morning weigh in until at least Wednesday. Super thirsty, guzzling the sugar free squash all evening, nearly 3 pints in. 11,000 steps done and I'm done

lifelongfrugaleer · 07/12/2020 06:59

Great going happier.

Not2bObvious · 07/12/2020 13:05

Another Monday, didn't get up for a run this morning after yesterday's. Just over 5,000 steps so far so a ways to go to hit my target. Managed to make it from breakfast to lunch without snacking, now to repeat that this afternoon would be excellent.

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 07/12/2020 14:15

Obviously it couldn't stay down and was at 177.75lbs this morning so the bacardi caught up with me.

I've brought a skinny dream bar and 44kcal popcorn to keep me going this evening until dinner time. PT is at 6pm but I must go to shop to get cash out to pay for it and if I've eaten it'll help my willpower. Lunch at 1pm and dinner will be late.

Not2bObvious · 07/12/2020 17:22

I actually think Monday weigh ins should be skipped. I think most of us eat/drink differently at weekends (more carbs, salt/sugar) no matter how good our intentions are so it's bound to affect our bloat weight. Especially at this time of year. Good luck with your PT, come back & tell us how you got on

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 07/12/2020 18:35

Hope pt is good good happier.
12k steps here and 100 or so under 1600.

lifelongfrugaleer · 07/12/2020 20:34

Forgot to track my snacks 1700 now

Mrsmadevans · 07/12/2020 20:59

Have been to the Drs for Blood tests and check up , routine Hba1c, chiolesterol & Thyroid levels BP check. Bp was fine , results on Friday so will ring up then. I was weighed in the surgery and have lost 12 kgs/2 stone since l was there last God knows when before Covid so prob Feb Grin so am well pleased with that l can tell you Smile This IF is very good for me thankfully.
I won't be weighing in there again for a long time and with Christmas in between we shall see where l go after Christmas. Will stay on this until Christmas Eve have a week off and after New Year will get back to it hopefully Smile .

Not2bObvious · 07/12/2020 21:13

That is absolutely brilliant mrs, no wonder you're rediscovering your wardrobe - 2 stone is huge! Nice one about BP, silent killer. I only have to step through the surgery doors for my BP to rise.
On 1700 too, 11,000 - not super but meh, it is what it is. Tomorrow will be better

OP posts:
Mrsmadevans · 07/12/2020 21:19

lifelongfrugaleer · 08/12/2020 07:14
