129€ jeeze.
White carbs day. Will not be weight tomorrow or anywhere near calories today

Not2bObvious · 02/12/2020 19:33

I'm trying really hard not to go over but I'm soo tempted. Only 22 cals left. Over 14,000 steps

lifelongfrugaleer · 02/12/2020 21:33

You can resit not. One of us has to Grin

lifelongfrugaleer · 02/12/2020 21:33

Resist obv

Not2bObvious · 03/12/2020 08:35

And resist I did! Well I did use up the 22 cals on a couple of crisps😉
30 mins brisk walk on treadmill got me 4000 so it's start, only 11,000 to get. Lots of desk today, going to be a long busy day. I think I'll do a chicken bake dinner as it's somewhat healthy and everyone like it. Was thinking of homemade pizza but I haven't time or inclination to make that kind of mess! One weigh in this week yesterday, 160.8 - keeping control at least, was 161.2 last Saturday.

It is a serious amount of money, I'm going to look into other gyms and fitness programmes around too. When things settle after Christmas.

I don't know with having run weight loss classes myself and what I picked up in team rh I don't know if I'd be able to take on board what they'd tell me to do if I didn't agree with it.

Scales at 178 again today, no walk yet this week, just feeling tired. Going to take the more expensive vitamins again just to put a pep in my step.

It's the mental load too of wondering will the house be sorted in time will it not, what to do about visiting family at christmas, buying gifts to be done, is divorce date going to come through etc etc

lifelongfrugaleer · 03/12/2020 09:48

Well done not.
I'm chub central here.
Some aerobics done and walk to school.

Not2bObvious · 03/12/2020 09:54

It's tempting to think investing money into something will bring rewards but in all honesty they're very likely going to advise a fairly restrictive diet that gives you a high deficit, coupled with super hard bootcamp classes. I mean we could all lose a dress size doing that for 4 weeks. And what an awful 4 weeks to attempt that! Cause when you crack under the pressure, there's serious food to crack with (tub of roses anyone?) And it'll be another tick in the weightloss failure log we all like to torture ourselves with
You know yourself what to do, if you did it gently you'd maintain at a minimum over December - the deficit days would make room for the splurge.
Jeez if I could walk my own talk I'd be laughing!

Agreed not. Keep the money happier.

Happierwithouthim · 03/12/2020 10:52

Year before last I maintained over Christmas, it's entirely possible.

I just can't control myself at the moment, one day good, one day overindulge. I'm tired, I'm not walking, I ate two slices of white toast last night with real butter, not because I was hungry because I wanted to.

Had a toasted sandwich for dinner, had eaten stew and rice for lunch. When I'd it eaten, I thought will I have another one, dd says how hungry are you? I wasn't at all. Made the sandwich and put it into lunchbox for today instead.

Not2bObvious · 03/12/2020 15:01

It sounds like you're majorly distracted at the moment, I find myself overeating when I've too much on my mind - I think every emotion is hunger when it's tired or sad or stress or any number of things

Crampy today because of the white bread.
Scrambled egg on whole grain toast this morning
Porridge and raisins at 10am
Toasted sandwich and pear at lunch
And now I'm eating a pack of giant buttons!

Solicitor confirmed that house won't be sorted for Christmas but it's very close so should be sorted in January

lifelongfrugaleer · 03/12/2020 16:25

It would be lovely but very stressful to move for Christmas. Fingers x for Jan.

Not2bObvious · 03/12/2020 19:40

Gone over but under maintenance do not going to get bent out of shape. Just shy of 14,000 so all good on that front.
Feels like a very long day, looking forward to tomorrow afternoon when I've finished work for the week

lifelongfrugaleer · 03/12/2020 21:10

Can't wait for Friday. There will be bacon and bread in my life tomorrow. Unfortunately pizza too. I'm not keen on pizza or mil cooking

Mrsmadevans · 03/12/2020 22:39

Been so busy today , have kept to IF . Seeing benefits now though so it is really encouraging 😊, got into a Christmas top l haven't worn in 3 years!!!
Hope everyone is ok take care everyone ☺️

Not2bObvious · 04/12/2020 07:34

Well done mrs, that's a proper victory. I'm not sure whether my jeans just needed a wash or they were truly looser yesterday but it felt positive (or dirty, meh)
Up just before 5, got 40 mins on the treadmill giving me close to 7,000 steps as I did a fair amount of jogging. Decent start to the day. Sausage/bacon and slice of toast with a scrape of butter just scarfed, delicious!

Snow on the Brecon beacons 🤗

lifelongfrugaleer · 04/12/2020 10:36

Both great results. Toast and jam, protein shake and apple so far today. Hungry.
My new multi vit appears to be the von culprit. Feel meh after having again

Not2bObvious · 04/12/2020 13:09

It's bitter cold here today, freezing cold rain bordering on snow. It's definitely winter! Had a takeaway for lunch, was going to try eat in but with reduced seating, no hope of a table. It was yummy, seriously indulgent 😊

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 04/12/2020 17:33

lifelongfrugaleer · 05/12/2020 07:24

Looks like I'm in a maintenance cycle. New Garmin is on its way

Not2bObvious · 05/12/2020 08:44

Maintenance is good for December. Great news about the garmin.
I did a weigh in this morning, possibly not the best idea after lots of salty food yesterday but even still it wasn't bad - 161.4, so .6 up on Tuesday, according to happy scales still down a little. I'll take it! Out for dinner tonight, I'm so excited.
