Does anyone want to share what they've eaten today? For anyone on any diets (sw,ww,calorie counting,fasting etc) or just for those who want to eat healthy

Breakfast - Had porridge, no sugar
Lunch - Made a tuna roll , no butter had a few small tomatoes
Dinner - Will be a homemade vegetarian cottage pie with vegetables.
I've so far drunk black coffee and several peppermint teas.

I'll join in. I am low carb paleo and planning in doing Fast 800 again soon

So far I have had:

Breakfast: mixed berries, handful of raisins, tablespoon of almond butter

Lunch: spinach, tomatoes, avocado, pine nuts, jalapenos, salmon with olive oil/balsamic vinegar

Planned dinner: Nandos- will probably get quarter chicken and char grilled veg

Snacks: 2 squares dark chocolate

Drinks: several cups of tea with soy milk, several litres of water

I use to follow sw and lost 6st. I've also done a little counting calroies recently too. Currently trying to eat healthy and maintain my weight which I've been struggling with so I thought I'd start this thread.

Breakfast - small box of rice krispies, skimmed milk and a tea.

Snack - skinny latte.

Lunch - 2 x poached eggs on 2 slices of wm toast.

Snack - milk chocolate special k cereal bar.

Dinner - wm pitta pizza with goats cheese, salad and butternut squash chunks.

Snack - will be a choice of crackers and dip, a couple of biscuits and tea, fruit and yogurt, horlicks, hot chocolate etc. Will have something around 200-250 calories.

B - special k with blueberries and a brew.

L - red berries & yogurt and a Costa skinny latte

T - sour dough crackers with goats cheese, stilton, salsa and melba toast and lots of salad.

Snack - jelly, hot chocolate and special K milk chocolate bar.

Had about 4 cups of peppermint tea.

Breakfast: Bfree Pitta with 2 x Dairylea light, 2 x bacon medallions and 2 eggs scrambled.

Lunch: half a fritatta thing I found in Tesco - for 350 calories it was pretty filling, plus an apple and a banana. Would recommend if you need something quick.

Dinner: jacket potato, with tuna and sweetcorn.

Plenty of black coffee, water and peppermint tea.

It all totals 1400 calories. I woukd normally have eggs twice though.

So far today I've had

B - special k with 1/4 banana and skimmed milk with tea.

Lunch - carrot & coriander soup with 2 x alpen light bars and a caramel latte.

Tea is veg chilli and cauli rice with 3 x broughies.

I will prob have another coffee, jelly and some fruit. That's about 1000 calories so I have plenty of room for snacks this evening.

Done 1hr 30 min walking outside. Going to do a work out on my air walker now for about 30 mins and hopefully 30 mins hooping too.

B: Cannelini beans/ lentils/ tinned toms with cumin and chilli and spinach on one slice wholegrain

S: heaped tbsp Skyr with 30g muesli and blueberries and some almond milk

L: Wholemeal wrap thinly spread hummus with 80g cooked chicken and salad and beetroot

S: Two ryvita, cottage cheese and cucumber.

D; Cod baked in foil with lemon and parsley. Asparagus and green beans. 125g Tilda brown basmati

Lunch - edamame and tuna salad

Tea - pork stir fry with cauliflower rice

Snacks - some pine nuts, 2 coffees with milk and a small chocolate bar after tea

Should have added i lost 4 stone on SW, fell out of love with it so lost my last stone with calorie counting.

Now xmas is out of the way i want to get rid of another 7lbs or so

Lunch, Ryvita with cottage cheese, cherry toms and a mug of homemade veg soup

Dinner, Roast dinner, no yorkies

Today was not too bad. I have had no exercise though.

B: 2 x bacon medallions, 2 x Heck Chicken sausages, 1 egg, Bfree Pitta with a Laughing Cow light triangle , mushrooms and tomatoes.

L: 2 x rice cakes with peanut butter, apple and banana

D: Homemade pork meatballs, in a tomato sauce, pasta, some extra light cheddar and salad.

Again, around 1400 calories. I normally run 3-4 times a week, so don't tend to dip below this amount,but have been wiped out with this virus, hoping to pick it up again tomorrow.

I don't know if others are saying, but I have about 2 stone to lose.

B: latte flavoured low sugar protein shake made with water
L: bowl of special K protein cereal with soya milk + greek yogurt
D: homemade soup with 1 slice of burgen toast
S: small bowl homemade veg chilli with grated cheese on top

Two long dog walks, lots of water and tea with soya milk. T2 diabetic and have eaten so badly over Christmas, so today was my STOP day and cut back on the carbs.

Cup of tea first thing.

Breakfast - big bowl of rice krispies, skimmed milk and coffee.

Lunch - tom and herb bagel with cream cheese, cucumber and tomato, special k bar and 2 cups of peppermint tea.

Tea - quorn cottage pie with cauliflower and carrots.

Supper - red berries, yogurt, mini meringues and jelly.

Done 40 mins on walker and 30 mins hooping. Will drink at least 2 litres of water and have 1 more tea and 1 more coffee.

There are some nice ideas on here. Liking the sound of the mozzarella chicken.

Today was:

B: Overnight oats with berries and banana

L: Fritatta with a Bfree Pitta, and homemade coleslaw (lighter than light mayo)

D: Pork meatballs on tomato sauce, pasta, reduced fat cheddar and a small apple.

Snack wise, I just had a rice cake with a large teaspoon of peanut butter before I did a 5k run.

This was a bit higher calorie wise, at 1600 calories so hoping the run will make up for that....

D - Salmon with veg
S - One!! Lindor chocolate
I’ve also drank 3 litres of water today too.
I’ve been eating with no restraint for over a month and the scales are reflecting that so need to shape myself.

Breakfast - costa protein pot (had scrambled egg, beans, mushrooms and cheese in.

Cup of tea

Lunch - bowl of rice krispies, 2 peppermint teas.

Snack - special k cereal bar

Tea - prawn salad with hummus and carrot sticks, coleslaw, pickles etc.

Snack - grapes, blue berries and banana. Possibly 2 biscuits or another cereal bar.

Dinner: red lentil pasta, one-pot "mac and cheese" with 3 serving veg in it.

Lunch: Leftover slow cooked corned beef on protein bread and lentil and smoked bacon soup
Snack: apple and satsuma

I love threads like these. I feel like I get stuck in a rut so need inspiration.

Breakfast: shreddies
Lunch: salad, bulgar wheat and a boiled egg
Snack: 2 rice cakes with peanut butter
Dinner: breaded fish with sweet potato and veg

That's the plan for today, hopefully I can stick to it
