Does anyone want to share what they've eaten today? For anyone on any diets (sw,ww,calorie counting,fasting etc) or just for those who want to eat healthy

I’ve had scrambled eggs, fajita-spice chicken salad for lunch, and chicken thigh, reduced fat chorizo and cider stew with broccoli and peas.

I’ve had
Scrambled eggs
Salad with chicken marinated in soy sauce
More salad, with a bit of Blue Creme cheese sauce stuff on top, and a duck leg in hoisin sauce.
Also grapes and a slice of cheddar as a snack.

Despite travelling to the other end of the country and back, yesterday wasn't too bad.

B: Omelette and salad, with avocado.
L: Ghoulash with a bag of Proper Corn and some grapes.
D: Baked potato, tuna and extra light mayo.

I was tired and grumpy so have a big glass of red wine in the evening. But still only 1700 calories offset by A LOT of walking in the freezing cold, biting wind.

B - Nakd bar, banana, kefir yogurt
L - SlimFast milkshake
D - chilli with brown rice, sour cream and a bit of grated cheese
Snacks - 1 coconut chocolate pot, bowl of raspberries.
Drinks - loads of herbal teas and water. 1 orange juice.

Had banana pancakes this morning. Made with banana, 1 egg, cinnamon, vanilla, blueberries and oats. Drizzled a little honey over and a few raspberries. They didn't look great, but were very delicious and will hopefully nourish my body and give me energy this morning. Also had a yogurt drink and a green tea.

For lunch I had a glass of water with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar stirred on, 2 wholemeal muffins with tomato, avacado and cheese on top, with spinach, tomato, cucumber and houmous on the side, an Icelandic yogurt with flax seeds stirred in and 2 little chocolates left over from Christmas (allowing myself 2 a day) and a cup of tea.

Gosh that seems a lot. I do love my food!

@weirdpookah, I’m glad someone else has the same thing for breakfast each day!

B: scrambled eggs, with a crumble of Stilton
L: No added sugar tomato soup and an apple
D: will be chicken in bbq sauce with bacon, cheese and salad.

I am on Keto weightloss:

Breakfast: None
Lunch: None
Late Afternoon: Feta salad, toms, onion, cucumber, olive oil, vinegar.
Evening: Bolognaise sauce on cabbage sauteed with leeks and lots of butter.

Double cream in coffee throughout the day (maybe 3).

4 Coke Zeros.

@ringletsandtwiglets partly due to the fact there are 8 wraps in a pack! So will have to have something different tomorrow.

Drank a glass of water with apple cider vinegar stirred in before dinner.

Had veggie sausages, blob of mash, peas, carrots and gravy for dinner.

Greek yogurt with almonds, walnuts, berries, flax seeds and honey for pudding.

Just about to have a cup of tea.

Kitchen is then closed until the morning.

@ringletsandtwiglets I have porridge & milk everyday for lunch, didnt want to bore people so just adding my dinners

Chicken breast stuffed with roasted red pepper & mozzarella wrapped in parma ham with cous cous plus salad
x2 shortbread biscuits

It's supposed to help suppress your appetite and it's supposed to have many health benefits. I wouldn't say it's nice, but it's doable and I was willing to give it a try. It won't do any harm. I got a big bottle in Morrisons for a couple of quid, and I just stir one teaspoon into a big glass of water and drink it before meals. So, the bottle should last me a while.

Breakfast-baked beans and dry fried eggs
Lunch-1/2 baked oats,forest fruits and yog
Tea - Linda McCartney's rosemary and red onion sausages, bang bang cauliflower and mighty peas

Other half baked oats, 1 Choco biscuit. 1 tablespoon sweet freedom syrup.

You need to be careful drinking vinegar, it can damage the enamel on your teeth.

Breakfast: Orange juice, weetabix with milk, honey, cinnamon, almonds, walnuts, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and strawberries, and a green tea.

Breakfast slice of toast before run
Lunch: bagel with cheese,ham and jalapeños. Half a tin of soup
Going out for dinner but will try to choose something light.

Ran 4 miles and about to go and walk another 3 miles with the dog so not too worried about dinner impact.
Also, still not lost any weight in January Hmm
