Does anyone want to share what they've eaten today? For anyone on any diets (sw,ww,calorie counting,fasting etc) or just for those who want to eat healthy

Chicken breast stuffed with roasted red pepper, cheese & wrapped in bacon with salad
Cornflake cake

Yoghurt and low carb granola
Firecracker chicken breast with salad
Turkey burger with large salad, whole meal roll ( and oops a few chips!)
Pecans, macadamias & 2 boiled eggs ( and oops a small slice of homemade banana cake ..... it would have been rude to refuse!)Grin

B - Whole wheat bagel toasted, with slices of parmesan. Swig of kefir. Big mug of tea.

L - Whole wheat toast sandwich with sliced hard boiled egg and about a tablespoon of mayo. Choceur dark choc with whole hazelnuts - about an ounce.

Another big mug of tea.

D - Pot of peach flavour Greek yogurt and cup of popcorn.

Lots of fizzy water.

B - Overnight oats and blueberries
L - Leek and potato soup
D - pizza for DP's birthday (his choice)
S - skinny flat white, banana, birthday cake

Love these threads and need food ideas!
B- bran flakes with honey
L- pitta with roast beef and salad, packet of sunbites and a fibre one bar
D- chicken, rice, broccoli and soy sauce
