Does anyone want to share what they've eaten today? For anyone on any diets (sw,ww,calorie counting,fasting etc) or just for those who want to eat healthy

Bacon , egg, beans mushrooms and tomatoes for breakfast

Wm crustless sandwhich with ham and salad for lunch and some mango

Dinner is lemon chicken with peppers rice and veg

Today was basically using up leftovers...

B: Overnight oats with banana and berries
L: Pork meatballs, in tomato sauce and coleslaw (all homemade)
D: Pork meatballs (they are all gone now - I did make a lot) with yoghurt, salad and gluten free pitta.

Snacks were an apple and a Curly Wirly. 1400 calories and I walked 4 miles today.

I do my first weigh tomorrow morning so an hopeful for a loss. Will be meal prepping my lunches for the next three days tonight.... So maybe chicken, veg and quinoa...

I lost two lbs so am happy with that.

Today was:

B: Overnight oats - but replaced half of the banana with half a scoop of protein powder.

L: Lentil and bean chilli, with GF Pitta and a dollop of light creme fraiche.

D: Jacket potato with a tuna, extra light mayo and some cheese.

Snacks were a fruit salad.

1650 calories today but will run first thing tomorrow (I was going to go tonight but I figured waiting 12 hours would not hurt too much).

I have about 3 stone to loose Blush but find it very hard to weight as I’m in a wheelchair but today was rubbish:
B: costa coconut milk flat white
L: Pear
D: M&S count on us ready meal and a skinny crunch bar from B&M
S: 4 cups of tea with milk

Went for a walk wheel around the local park!

B: Moma porridge sachet with water
L: same but with some added no sugar peanut butter (literally no food in house to make lunch with...... sad times)
D: veggie burger, roasted baby potatoes in skins, broccoli and mangetout. Activia yogurt and a few celebrations left from christmas.

Lost 4lbs in 4 days so quite pleased... hopefully the Christmas 10lbs will soon be gone again Blush

Shit I need to join, been binge central here so honestly I just need to stop that and eat healthily again! My meals today were great but I snacked constantly between lunch and dinner So much my tummy still hurts 4 hours after I finished dinner Blush

Place marking now and will do tomorrow’s diary properly tomorrow

Dinner: Thursdays are roasted vegetable day! Butternut, brussel sprouts and green beans.

B: slice of toast before a run. I can’t eat anything “wet” before a run.
L: toast with boiled egg
Dinner will be Tesco frozen paella
I will be having a mug shot as a snack soon.

A little bit of melon with a couple of sugar free boiled sweets

Unsure about dinner ... probably a salad with quorn

So today started off okay but I developed cough overnight, so run was cancelled and went to a Thai restaurant for dinner. I am wheat intolerant, so that was tricky.

B: Overnight oats with half a banana and berries.

L: Veggie chilli with a GF pitta

D: Chicken satay starter. Thai chicken green curry with half a portion of jasmine steamed rice.

I stayed off the alcohol, and stuck to water, so hoping this won't affect this weeks loss.

Breakfast - tea
Lunch- 2x poached eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans and toast.
Tea - chargrill veg pasta and carrots
Snack - fruit salad (pineapple, apple, blueberries and grapes), hummus and carrot sticks and plum tomatoes, jelly and a mini curly wurly.
Had another 3 teas, 1 coffee and 4 peppermint teas, 2 liters of water.
Lots of exercise

2 eggs & coffee
Lentil vegetable soup - homemade
Mixed nuts
Pulled pork & coleslaw (homemade mayo free dressing)
Couple of cups of tea

Roast meditteranean veg, tuna and low fat salad cream
2 hardboiled eggs
Homemade tomato soup 2 sandwich thins
4 herbal teas
1.5l water
6k steps walking.

Breakfast - tea

Lunch - egg white omlette, beans, mushrooms and tomatoes. 2 coffees.

Tea - veggie burgers in wm muffin with salad and coleslaw.

Snacks - fruit salad (grapes, pineapple, apple and blueberries), fibre one birthday cake bar. Then not sure what else yet but need to have something maybe a bowl of cereal, toast or crackers etc to get my carloies up a bit.

Exercise - done 35 mins on walker, 30 min hooping and been our for a 30 min walk.

Today was not very active, and I am snotty and grosd, so trying to keep the calories down.

B: Scrambled eggs, GF pitta and a Dairy Lea triangle (light).

L: Veggie chilli, with a dollop of creme fraiche.

D: GF spaghetti with low fat pesto, some chopped onion and tomato, topped with 30g grated cheddar.

Calories are at 1255. I desperately want a big glass of whisky as that always soothes my colds but I will hold off 😔
