Weekend was a mess and the last few days have been weird with my husband and Dad working on the house and meal times disrupted.

I have made a plantain bori curry, which was tasty, but the plantains where quite dry.

Today has mostly been eating stuff out the freezer, I feel like crap after a migraine yesterday and now a cough/cold virus has worked it's way from the children to me.

Paneer curry today, with microwaved poppadoms, if you never tried this, then do so. Buy the ready to cook ones, but microwave for a minute instead of frying.

@YasssKween That sounds delicious and so inspirational to hear about your recovery. I am still trying to get where you are, so it’s brilliant to hear such a positive message!
