Does anyone want to share what they've eaten today? For anyone on any diets (sw,ww,calorie counting,fasting etc) or just for those who want to eat healthy

Lunch

A.c.v water, a veggie burger with salad and houmous. Then Greek yogurt with honey, almonds, walnuts and berries, and 2 little Christmas chocolates.

Lost 7lbs since New years eve.

Breakfast: cocoa in quark, frozen raspberries, brazil nuts
Lunch: mushrooms and spinach on protein thin slice
Dinner: lentil bolognese, pasta, cheese

Breakfast this morning.
Orange juice, banana smoothie with banana, milk, peanut butter, flax seeds, oats and chocolate powder.

And a green tea.

Can I join in too? I need some ideas and some focus.

Today: 2 coffees with soy milk, several pints of water.
Shake made with: 1tbsp soaked chia, soy milk, frozen cherries, a tbsp olive oil and peanut butter powder (after bootcamp)
I've just made a vegan puff pastry slice with ready made puff, pre-prepped frozen Mediterranean veg and a packet of 'like meat' kebab style. It's an experiment (will be for lunch with salad).

Breakfast: Avocado on toast, with egg and balsamic tomatoes
Lunch: gross gritty bitter soup so dry toast and a mashed banana instead
Dinner: potato wedges, peas, egg (lazy, have to clean this afternoon)

Well......today I didn't eat healthily. I ordered a small Margareta thin crust pizza, onion rings, fries and bbq chicken wings. Hic burp. Couldn't eat it all but will probably finish off later or tomorrow.

After that I'll be on lean meat, fish, salad, jacket potatoes, soup and fruit.

Was nice though for a change.

Breakfast - 2 slices of whole wheat bread toasted, with a scrambled egg in between. Egg 'scrambled' with a little butter in the microwave. Some butter plus olive oil spread, on the toast.

Also one pot of tea.

Lunch - small tub of Greek yogurt with peach mixed in.

Dinner - will be about 5-6 cheese tortellini and two bowls of homemade cabbage and mixed veg soup made with beef broth.

Lunch (~2.30): Sardine & leaf & tomato salad in olive oil & vinegar.
Evening: Butter chicken curry.

Dinner: rosst vegetables, chickpeas and mojo picon sauce. (my new recipe for the week)

Lunch: going out so will choose a healthy option
Dinner: sausage with cauliflower cheese

I fell on Saturday so I haven't ran as much as I usually do. Hopefully get out tonight.

Since I have been watching what I am eating I have realised how much I eat out. It's not something I can avoid so I just need to make healthier choices.

I’ve had a piggy day today :(

B: 2 scrambled eggs
L: fajita spiced chicken and salad, half a pack of M&S reduced fat salt and vinegar squares
S: 3 chocolates and a satsuma
D: roast chicken thigh, one wing, cheddar and emmental soufflé, salad, 10 cal jelly.
