Does anyone want to share what they've eaten today? For anyone on any diets (sw,ww,calorie counting,fasting etc) or just for those who want to eat healthy

Breakfast Two small pieces sour toast and dry fried egg tea
Lunch spinach quinoa and lentils and chickpeas
Dinner chicken breast Stilton cheese salad and one pice dark chocolate

Yup. We can always start over. On Sunday I ate my considerable body weight in bread and butter, loads of my homemade veg chili and tortilla chips, cheese and mint chocolate cheesecake!

Today is
Breakfast: Black bean burrito
Lunch: avocado toast with mojo pican
Dinner: slow cooker German lentils

Breakfast - whole wheat bagel, toasted. Three slices of solid parmesan cheese. Swig of veggie/fruit juice. Pot of tea.

Lunch - hard boiled egg sliced, between two slices of whole wheat toast and about a tablespoon of mayo. A nibble of Milka milk choc with whole hazelnuts. Big mug of tea.

Snack - handful of cashews.

Dinner - cabbage soup, about 10 tortellini, two cups of cheese flavoured popcorn, one cup of coleslaw made with oil and vinegar, not mayo (had cabbage and carrots left over from making the soup). Fizzy water. Raspberries.

Was thinking of fasting today, but did not want to let left over curry go to waste, so ate that at 6pm.

2 coffee + cream

L- chicken and sweet corn omelette with pickles
T- cottage pie and veg
Dessert- yog and mincemeat

Breakfast: 30g porridge (made with water), 15g whey protein

Lunch: 140g chicken, 40g (dry) rice, 100g veg

Dinner: see lunch

Snacks: apple, eggs x 2, Elmlea (in coffee) x 25ml

Supper: 30g porridge (made with water), 15g whey protein

Breakfast - 2 slices of rye bread, toasted.
Pot of tea.

Lunch - pot of Greek yogurt, peach flavour.

Dinner - will be chicken fajitas ('Snap!' bellyislikejelly) with onions and various peppers, flour tortillas, refried black beans, rice. Plus the rest of the raspberries from yesterday.

Breakfast: Baked eggs in avocado

(Early) Lunch: Salad - goats cheese, red onion, pickles beetroot and rocket

Planning a nice homemade Carbonara for dinner, with a glass or three of wine so not being that good today but health is about mind, body and soul and all that Smile

I was anorexic until about I turned 30 (now 32) so still learning to embrace tasty food that nourishes me and fuels me.

Have gone from 6.5 stone to 10 stone in the last few years which has been a hell of a change of image and look so much healthier for it.

It's a bit like being a toddler sometimes, tasting new foods for the first time!

Really enjoying it, just in case anyone else reading this is going through an eating disorder and feeling like it's impossible to get healthy and happy when it comes to food Flowers

Lunch: avocado toast with balsamic tomatoes
Dinner: sesame prawns, sticky mushrooms, broccoli and green beans.

Breakfast: three small slices of pumpkin seed bread with olive spread and Marmite

Lunch: cheese and broccoli quiche, strawberries/kiwi/grapes with fat free skyr

Dinner will be low fat chicken katsu with rice, spiced spinach, probably more fruit and yoghurt

Coffee with breakfast, lots of green tea all day
