I am starting a diet tomorrow, anyone care to join me.

I need to shift at least two and a half stone of lard, I feel hideous.

I will. I go on holiday at the end of March and today tried on my holiday clothes and they don't fit Shock

I am 4ft 10 and weigh around 10st. I need to shed about a stone and a half in total but will aim for just zipping my shorts by the end of march.

I will join you. I need to lose 2 stone if not a bit more. I started SW 2 weeks ago just online as I havent time to go to groups. 5lb lost so far but can feel myself starting to think sod it I will just have a McDonald's.

Hi, I'll join too if I may.

I started Mon 28th Jan and weighed in at 12st 10.6lb. Weighed again last Monday and was 12st 5.3lb, a 5.3lb loss.

I'm using MFP and originally set it to lose 1 1/2lb a week but adjusted it this week to 1lb a week as I found on some of the colder days I needed those few extra calories. I'll be weighing each Monday.

I have to confess that I originally started at the beginning of May 2017, when I weighed 15st 6lb. I went down to 11st 10lb by mid December but spent last year yoyoing and ended up a stone heavier by the beginning of this year Blush I'm back on it now though and I'm hoping it'll be a good year and I'll lose the extra weight I need to shift. I'm hoping to get to 10st 6lb which would be 5st in total.

I am ditching sweet food and stopping the mindless eating that I seem to do every evening which adds up to a lot of calories.

I eat far too much chocolate so I won't be buying it. If it's in the house I will eat it and then go and buy more!

I will be weighing myself in a bit, I honestly don't know what the scales will say. I am assuming that I will be roughly 11. 7, probably more.

I would like to get back to being 9 stone.

Let's try hard to have a good day and make sensible food choices.

Can I join in. I start these things and then give up. But. I saw a ten on the scales for the first time last Friday. Which is good. And I tried on some of my old jeans. I can get them on and do them up but they are tight.

I am 5 foot 3. I weigh 10 stone 12. My last goal weight is 9 stone. But at the moment I’m just looking to get to 10stone.

I am clean eating. My body rejects mists food by my muscles being inflamed ( it’s a whole weird medical thing ). I have been clean eating for months now. And the weight is falling off. But it is hard to stay focused sometimes. As I can’t cheat but then I eat to many clean foods and don’t lose or put on weight. Ugh. Why is it so hard.

This is what my doctor prescribed for me and I take 3 a day before each meal. I'm 5ft and weighed 80kg at the beginning of January. I went back to him as you have to lose weight to get more tablets prescribed so I went back beginning of February and I was 78kg. I can't exercise due to health issues and awaiting surgery I have a brain aneurism so waiting for that to be clipped off. And also breast reduction surgery.

I always find it helps to decide in advance what I will be eating the next day so tomorrow will go like this:
Breakfast: wholemeal pitta bread toasted with light marg (healthy extra B on SW and half a syn for the marg)
Lunch: 3 mini babybell light (healthy extra A) lean ham and pease pudding, cherry tomatoes and cucumber (all free)
Tea: beef stir fry with noodles and soy sauce with fruit afterwards ( all free)

Yum sounds all good to me.
I'll have my weetabix for breakfast and for my lunch. And ham egg beans and syn free chips for dinner.
I have a horrible blood test in the morning I hate blood tests along with an ecg.

I had porridge this morning and have just eaten tuna salad for dinner. I have a piece of shin beef in the slow cooker and am planning sweet white flesh potato and carrots to go with it for tea.
