I am starting a diet tomorrow, anyone care to join me.

I need to shift at least two and a half stone of lard, I feel hideous.

Today's a new day 2018! Well done for keeping your previous loss off! We can do this! Smile

So another two pounds off - 6/35. This is slow, but I was really ill for the past two weeks, so pretty inactive. I also had one binge, total emotional eating which I hope to learn from. Writing it down, focussing on being aware & thinking about what & when I eat.
Taking care of a dog for two weeks, so have really upped my steps, hopefully will kick start my walking.

Well done moan! 2lb is a bag of sugar and a good loss especially as you haven't been well. Walking the dog will definitely get your steps up.

I'm doing well atm. I'm down to 11st 6lb, just another stone to go until I reach goal.

So far I have lost eight pounds, but it is going slowly, so I set a goal to get into a particular dress by 1 August. My coach thinks it is doable. She thinks I am eating a bit too much at meals, so my goal is to slow down, concentrate on my food & chew more.
I was really hungry by 6 pm which is normally too early for me, but I had dinner at 6:30. Now it is past 8:30 & I feel fine. Will have some fruit & yogurt later if hungry.
