I’m starting tomorrow. I will weigh and measure myself in the morning and plan to log my weight here weekly.

Apathyisthenewblah It took me a while to get used to it, stick at it, it gets easier!

No run for me today, but meals as follows...

Homemade veg and chicken soup
Pulled pork and homemade coleslaw
Small piece of homemade victoria sponge cake

Comes in at 1100 calories for the day!

5ft4 10st been stuck at that for ages been exercising tying to eat better and sleep more, just bloody stuck at 10st. I don't weigh myself every day etc because it can become unhealthy if nothing changes what it rarely does over night. Wedding in a week so abit stressed and keep comfort eating Blush hope you all get to your goal weights!!! 👏🏼

@Funnyfishface try hiit sessions I done one the other morning by the night time I couldn't lift my arms over my head it hurt that much too me days to recover lol maybe for other people ok l but that pushed my limits that morning. I also do yoga in the evenings at home on daily yoga what is really good after a long day

Try low carbing until the wedding.
It will help flatten your stomach if nothing else.
Eat lots of eggs and salads.

Joined the thread right at the beginning weighing in at 10st10, 5ft4 and mid forties- then went on a shameful spiral involving large quantities of snacks, wine and cheese so avoided the reality of a weight loss thread. Anyway pulled myself together, stopped drinking unless out, cut out the snacks (mostly) and went for healthier foods, smaller portions and am now weighing in at 10st1- just dying to see 9st even if it does have a 13 after it! Ultimately would love to be 9stone nothing but will settle for 9 anything for now!

Just checking in - friday is my weigh day

Last week 64.6 k
This morning 63.8 - i am going to call it a kilo! Happy enough with that since I did not starve myself and is a steady weight loss.

I am doing slimming world and mostly stuck to it all week except for Sunday lunch because we went out and I cracked!

THat is fantastic changingstates! I would love to be back in the 9 range as well, is a great motivation.

I hope it’s ok to come on here. I need some help If anyone can help me? I’m 5’2 and always weighed 8’10. No changes to it until last year after some trauma lost a lot and weighed just over 7 stone in under 2 months. Spent the summer trying to put it on, then Xmas I was stupid and didn’t watch what I weighed and jan weighed 9’4. I can’t shift this half stone. I can’t go to the gym/out running so only excercise is at home. I have a Fitbit and log food and steps etc. Last 2 weeks Iv had 500 Calorie deficit each day and haven’t lost one lb?! I burn 2000 and don’t eat more than 1500. I try to eat less but gets to 4pm and I’m too hungry. Can anyone help? Surely with this deficit I should be loosing slowly?!

Anyone want to restart this thread/update? I stopped calorie counting and I haven’t lost any more weight. I’m planning to restart 1500 calories.
