What did you eat today weight loss thread

Partially inspired by last years epic “what did you eat today” thread, anyone up for restarting one specifically in this section as a way of holding ourselves to account? No matter what your method of weight loss is....

I’m WI tomorrow for the first time in a month and know it won’t be pretty, going to ease myself in with 16:8 for a week and then adjust to either 1200kcal a day or back to 2 fast days a week. Anticipate having about 10lbs to lose.

Today was terrible but I did a transatlantic flight across several time zones so eating was buggered - I’ll start properly tomorrow!

Breakfast: overnight oats with fat free Greek yog, sugar free vanilla skinny syrup and raspberries.
Snack: apple and a small bite of son's milkybar
Lunch: lovely warming bowl of orzo cooked in stock with chunks of grilled chicken breast, sweet corn, bit of Chinese 5 spice
Making a chilli for dinner with 5% mince and I have vanilla quark and blueberries to snack on

Feeling the effects of the snow on my appetite!
Yesterday...
Breakfast- overnight oats
Lunch - avocado with chilli and feta on sourdough
Dinner - puy lentils with roasted squash, peas, prosciutto, mint and feta
Snacks - oatcakes, berries and four homemade Welshcakes
Today...
Lunch - protein shake
Dinner - sweet potato burgers with rocket, pomegranate seeds and Parmesan
Snacks - fresh mango, homemade naked style Bakewell balls (loads!)

Breakfast: 4x coffee with skimmed milk
Lunch: big bowl golden syrup porridge with skimmed milk, options, a few prawn crackers
Dinner: two quorn sausage, small sweet potato with cucumber and low fat cheese spread
Second dinner: medium bowl of home made vegetable whole meal pasta
Options, two chocolate fingers, half a Jaffa cake

Still only at 1000 calories but have probably underestimated pasta as added a large amount of butter as cooking for little ones 😳

Breakfast Scrambled three egg whites, 3 slices of wafer thin chicken, three large tomatos. 2x coffee 1x decaf tea

Lunch pack of marks chicken, large salad, pack of beetroot, fat free yoghurt, bowl of melon. 2x decaf coffee

Snack 2x apples 1 decaf

Dinner tin of veg soup, big bowl of steamed broccoli
Fat free yoghurt
Large berry fruit salad
2x decaf tea

Poached eggs and bacon on tiny toast

Broccoli and Parmesan soup with some bread

Garlic chicken Kiev, sweet potato and broccoli

Annnnnd 2 creme egg brownies! I burnt them off with 40 minute kettlercise and an hour of sledging Grin

Scrambled eggs and toast

Half a baguette with butter and ham, tyrells crisps and a jam doughnut

Out for dinner tonight so a lamb gyros wrap with fries

Not a good day but I lost the holiday gain within 2 days (thankfully) and Saturdays tend to be more relaxed with OH

Scrambled eggs, smoked bacon and toast

Ham baguette and yum yum

Roasted chicken, garlic & cheese mushrooms, broccoli and roasted potatoes

Snacks - berries, roast chickpeas and BIRTHDAY CAKE

Weetabix and banana
Seeet potato soup and Aldi twix
Body meatballs and pasta
A mini crunchie and fudge bought by manager (needed on a Monday)
