Partially inspired by last years epic “what did you eat today” thread, anyone up for restarting one specifically in this section as a way of holding ourselves to account? No matter what your method of weight loss is....

I’m WI tomorrow for the first time in a month and know it won’t be pretty, going to ease myself in with 16:8 for a week and then adjust to either 1200kcal a day or back to 2 fast days a week. Anticipate having about 10lbs to lose.

Today was terrible but I did a transatlantic flight across several time zones so eating was buggered - I’ll start properly tomorrow!

Last night i was at a friends, we ate Dominios which once upon a time was my fav. This morning i feel urgh..thirsty, so fucking thirsty & just blurgh..back to it today

Yesterday :
No breakfast
Mexican tomato soup and then an alpen bar for lunch
Mini wrap pizza for tea
Snacks were quavers, yoghurt, fibre one brownie and a babybel

It was a picky sort of day with no fruit and veg to be found but it was way under cals so I count it as a win Grin

Mini fast day yesterday (under 700cals)

Roast cauliflower and crudités with lemon tahini sauce
Quinoa with roast aubergines and pomegranate seeds
A lot of blueberries and raspberrries
A rice cake

I couldn't really calorie count this afternoon as had to put on a family buffet. There were sandwiches, pizza, veg sticks, breaksticks, hummus, crisps, fruits, chocolate fingers and cakes but I ate it all tried to moderate myself Grin
I'd only had 300 cals until that point so hopefully the damage won't be too bad

I'm 8 hours behind you all and have so far had a matcha green tea latte, triple mushroom vegan ramen, green tea mochi and a red bull

dinner will be squash and coconut soup but I'm fecking starving to trying to think up a snack that will satisfy me but not be too calorific

Actually not hungry!
Slice of brown bread (small loaf), slice of Leirdammer Lighter, 2 slices of ham. Tomatoes, 2 pears, grapes.
Chilli with salad (lettuce, cucumber, spring onion, tomatoes, beetroot.

Yesterday:
Breakfast poached egg, bacon, spinach, sourdough toast
Lunch tomato soup, slice of homemade orange & sultana cake
Tea homemade beef burger, salad, potato wedges
Snacks: well this is where it all went a bit wrong. Took dad to a party in the morning so nicked bits of party lunch. Ate some fudge from an amazing sweet shop near the party. Took dad to different party in the afternoon so nicked bits of party tea and had some birthday cake. So basically smacked all day long. And then needed Wine in the evening after double party day. On the plus side I am doing no-s and it was Saturday so I've not technically broken any rules (apart from maybe the sometimes one).

Today will be better! Porridge and berries for breakfast. Planning a sort of dhal for lunch. Not got as far as tea yet.

Crappy day with a load of snacks but it was within calories. Cutting way back on the snacks from tomorrow and getting my head back in it for a loss on thursday.

Special k with full fat milk. 1 coffee ( no sugar, I don’t even miss the sugar now)
Ham salad sandwich, skinny popcorn
Dinner tonight will be Thai curry with loads of veg
Mini ice lolly for the evening

D: Roast chicken breast, green beans, peas, cabbage with bacon, a plum

Today:
B: none
L: frittata with veg, coffee
Dinner will be small portion of seafood paella with various veg

Chicken breast dipped in egg & covered in chilli doritos with a hash brown & a cheese slice therefore making a poor mans kfc zinger burger - was lovely and only 4.5 syns
Homemade chips in the actifry
Brownie & cookie dough halo icecream

Getting back on the horse after a stressful few days. Ate takeaway 3 days in a row Blush today was ridiculously shit but 1300 calories so whatever. Tomorrow I'll be healthier:

1.5 ham bagels
Ready salted crisps
Half a banana sorreen little bar
Bit of cheese
Grapes
Half a satsuma
Tomatoes

Cheese and onion crisps
Few tooty frooties
2 large glasses of wine

Shock watch this space! Tomorrow will be loads better only one pancake

Breakfast: scrambled egg and mushrooms on one small slice of toast

Lunch: 6inch veggie delite at subway and a packet of quavers

Tea: small bowl of sweet potato curry

No snacks! Hurray! I am going to have some halo top vanilla ice cream and a brownie though Grin

This is me for last five days, every day:

During the day: unlimited fruit, a Light and Free or Liberte yogurt
Evening: home made minestrone soup
Drinks: water, peppermint tea

It's a last minute thing to get into my summer clothes as I'm going somewhere hot enough to wear them! So far it's definitely working.

Dinner will be either big chicken salad or pizza

B: one scrambled egg on wholemeal toast
L: salad with feta and butternut squash plus a couple of chicken satays
D: cod with chorizo crust, new potatoes and salad plus a non-alcoholic beer. About to have chocolate mousse.

Really enjoyed my food today. It's come in at 1147 calories.

I've done a treadmill HIIT class

Blimey robyn you must be starving....although I have a sunny holiday due within a month and if I can get my arse into gear I think it will end up a desperate similar week before we fly!

Yesterday was fine until the evening when I binged and binged and binged and binged

So a fast day today to make up for it:
Salad of lettuce, sugar snap peas, hearts of palm
Pasta pesto and mushrooms (very carefully weighed pasta!)
Truckloads of coffee with soy creamer
