What did you eat today weight loss thread

Partially inspired by last years epic “what did you eat today” thread, anyone up for restarting one specifically in this section as a way of holding ourselves to account? No matter what your method of weight loss is....

I’m WI tomorrow for the first time in a month and know it won’t be pretty, going to ease myself in with 16:8 for a week and then adjust to either 1200kcal a day or back to 2 fast days a week. Anticipate having about 10lbs to lose.

Today was terrible but I did a transatlantic flight across several time zones so eating was buggered - I’ll start properly tomorrow!

Two hard boiled eggs dipped in mustard mayo.

A Graze seeds and honey bite. Tangerine.

Stir fried veg, whole grain rice and pad thai sauce.

Four dark chocolate violet creams.

Lots of water.

B: Porridge, SS milk, teaspoon of honey (then saw on MFP how many calories so will be using half a tsp tomorrow).
L: Egg mayo in a seeded roll, cucumber.
D: Half a small Pizza Express margherita Pizza, with marinated artichokes, broccoli, lettuce. A minute slice of DS's school-made fruit pie.
Snacks: cocoa, stevia-sweetened chocolate which has made my wee smell really pungent, mini frozen yoghurt.

Beef enchilada with salad and a couple of potato wedges
Buddha bowl with freekeh, carrot, red cabbage, rocket and cauliflower. No clue whether this was a good day or a bad one.

I'll find out on the scales in the morning.

Aiming at up to maintenance calories, 1200, 5 days week. 2 days of up to 500 cals. Maintenance today: 4 fish fingers with oven chips, a pear, a banana. Plus multi vitamin, vit D and folic acid (daily) Take last two as have been deficient before. Been following diet for 5 weeks, losing on average half a pound a week.
Today isn't the best example! Yesterday had chicken casserole: chicken breast chunks, onion, swede, carrots, mix with 2 new potatoes, broccoli and sweetcorn. Cauliflower cheese, tiny amount of sauce and grated low fat cheese and tomatoes, 2 pears, an orange.
Typical day on maintenance: 2 scrambled eggs, 2 reduced fat sausages, tomatoes, orange juice. Steamed salmon, 3 veg, 2 new potatoes. Tea/ coffee with skimmed milk and sweetener. Have upped calcium so bought low fat babybels and slices of Leirdammer light in order not to go over portion size.
Up to 500 either fast or the above breakfast. I'm just doing maintenance for a week now as have plateaued.

Should add that I take Levothyroxine and gained a lot of weight before diagnosis. When younger I could lose 7 pounds in 2 weeks. Did lose 10 pounds a few years ago but took me 4 months!
Being tested for celiac disease and a full thyroid panel, hopefully including T3.

B: 45g sugar free muesli, 80ml SS milk
L: Homemade egg mayo sandwich
D: Stilton and membrilla quiche, green beans, peas and broccoli
Snack: Slice of malt loaf, cocoa, some of the stevia-sweetened chocolate.

Beginning to think the stevia sweetened chocolate is bloating me as well as making my wee smell foul. Might have to go back to real chocolate. Hotel Chocolate has some dark milk, I'm going to go and investigate.

L: cheese sandwich on a thin, satsuma, popcorn
T: 2 cauldron sausages, wedges and beans
S: protein bar, babybel, jelly pot, alpen bar, quavers

Definitely need to cut the snacks!

A ham and cheese croissant
Big bowl of lentil and veg soup
Another half cup cottage cheese

Dinner will be jacket spud and bolognaise sauce op

Not a bad day, apart from the croissant

Nairn's chocolate oatcakes, I think they're 45 calories each, and ok as a diabetic snack (I had GD). They also make fruit ones and ginger ones.

Kipper, half a can of tomatoes. One piece bread and butter (Lurpak lighter), small loaf. Pear, grapes. Chicken noodle soup another piece of bread and butter with one slice of Leirdammer lighter. Orange juice, tea, coffee with skimmed milk. Daily vitamins.

Lots of coffee (some black, some with soy creamer)
L: korean tofu, spinach, shredded cabbage and carrots and courgettes, ginger carrot dressing
S: raw lemon "cookies"
D: cauliflower rice stir fry with tuna

Chicken wholemeal roll & a banana
Dinner tonight will be chicken breast, mash, kale, carrots, broccoli
Then a mini ice lolly for the evening.

Drinks - Fruit tea, rooibos tea, water. Maybe a glass of full fat milk at around 6 if I get hungry (won't have evening meal until 8ish)

No snacks.
