Partially inspired by last years epic “what did you eat today” thread, anyone up for restarting one specifically in this section as a way of holding ourselves to account? No matter what your method of weight loss is....

I’m WI tomorrow for the first time in a month and know it won’t be pretty, going to ease myself in with 16:8 for a week and then adjust to either 1200kcal a day or back to 2 fast days a week. Anticipate having about 10lbs to lose.

Today was terrible but I did a transatlantic flight across several time zones so eating was buggered - I’ll start properly tomorrow!

D: scrambled egg, mushrooms, cauliflower, sprouts, carrots

Breakfast - 1/2 avocado on some sourdough toast with tomato and rocket salad. Oat milk latte

Lunch - salad with roast chicken, cannellini beans, rocket, tomato, avocado, yellow pepper with a tarragon ranch dressing

Dinner - miso topped roast salmon fillet with veggie noodles

Also 2/3 cups of tea with oat milk and a handful of sour cream and chive pretzels

Today:

Pancakes, Greek yoghurt and berries. Coffee (no sugar)
Ham & cheese salad sandwich. Skinny popcorn
Dinner tonight will be a home made curry with a small portion of rice
Mini ice lolly in the evening

overitalready I saw it. I like his recipes but why does he have to shout all the time while he is making them??

Today’s plan is quite unhealthy but if I stick to it I’ll atill be under calories and I’m in need of comfort food:
B: leftover pancake
L: veg soup
S: almond milk latte
D: vegan grilled cheese with pesto

Small glass of wine

Lunch: sainsburys mini samosas, melon, snack a jacks, twix (I'm pretty sure the chocolate gave me a headache)
Tea: Tomato and mozzarella quiche with wedges and salad and then I'll have some ice cream and salted caramel square

Weigh in this morning - lost 1.8lbs very happy with that. Means I'm 6lbs down in 3 weeks which doesn't sound a lot but my friend and her partner both commented i looked slimmer as I haven't seen them since before I started and my work trousers and an old pair of jeans can actually do up now Grin

Well done on your loss AnotherRanger and it’s always good to feel the trousers do back up or get looser it gives you a nice boost to keep going with the healthy eating.

Special k with full fat milk
Ham sandwich, skinny popcorn
Dinner is going to be omelette, few chips and salad
Then a mini lolly to have in the evening

B: protein bar
L: one small slice of wholemeal bread with cream cheese and cucumber and an alpen bar
T: homemade bean burger with salad, pitta bread, sour cream and chive dip and sweet potato wedges (was so yum!)
Will have a brownie or a packet of crisps later on

B: many coffees with skimmed milk few bites of cheese cob made with butter. Possibly 10 wotsits. 10 blueberries.
L: porridge with skimmed milk and small bowl of home made vegetable wholewheat pasta. 1 home made fairy cake
D: huge bowl of aforementioned pasta
Snacks: options hot choc and benefit bar fir after yoga later

Today is a bad day but just 3lbs to get to target now so focus is slipping....

Did so well yesterday until I shared a bottle of wine and then evening binging commenced and I stopped logging calories. Ah well.

Today:
Coffee and soy creamer
Blueberries
Falafel quiche thing in a cafe
Matcha almond milk latte
Squash, ginger and coconut soup

Prob have a vegan hot chocolate in front of a film later

Hello, would like to get involved in this if okay. I have been binging like mad over these past 4 months and have gained 2 1/2 stone. Today is Day 1 of Paul Mckenna I can make you thin. So far I have had a small bowl of rice krispies with 1/2 banana and tiny bit of sugar for breakfast and for lunch I have had 5 tuc biscuits with brie and chorizo. Planning on steak, sweet potato jacket with mushrooms and peas and peppercorn sauce for dinner. Plus it is a saturday so some wine!! Looking forward to seeing what you all eat for some inspiration! x

No breakfast as wasn’t hungry so just black coffee
Chicken salad roll & banana bread slice
Dinner is going to be pork with a cream & peppercorn sauce with carrot and suede mash with lots of broccoli
Mini ice lolly as an evening treat

Joining if that’s ok? Feeling much less ashamed of much happier about my food choices since being inspired by the Clean Eating Alice books.
Breakfast - overnight oats with mashed banana, cinnamon, agave nectar and almond milk.
Lunch - sourdough with smashed avocado, feta and chilli
Dinner - baked sweet potato with left over puy lentils, feta, rocket and pomegranate seeds
Evening snack - oatcakes with reduced sugar jam and a cuppa
