Paws I did claim up thread that it was today. Didn't really happen because I'd forgotten about the churros and ice cream in the freezer!

Back at work tomorrow so I'll try again. Just hoping colleagues don't bring in all their leftovers. Xmas Smile

I am trying not to go too overboard but it's hard to be completely on the wagon with so many meals out etc. When it's just me in the house I am OK. poorpaws I recognise that fear of having to stop though. I can feel as though I have to eat/drink lots now because I am going to be depriving myself from x date. When the reality is I am going to be treating my body much better, not depriving it.

I am back at work on the 8th but will probably work slowly back to the "zone" from the 3rd.

I feel so bloated and gross and I now have 2nd xmas at my MIL for two days, then me and DP are squirreling ourselves away from the world for two days, brunches, long walks, wine and cheese will be the order of the day! Then my parents have a curry cocktail and casino party for NYE with another crazy ammount of food... its going to be a blow out 😂

I'm quite looking forward to getting back on the other wagon. A constant stream of chocolates and crisps has left me feeling a bit bleargh.... Although I did enjoy the eating part Xmas Smile

I'm back on the wagon as of today. Kicked it off with an hour in the gym Smile.

I'm doing dry January but actually started that today aswell as I don't like going out new years and not drinking alcohol at home won't bother in the slightest. I'll stick to hot chocolate that night instead.

Another disastrous day today. Lots of chocolates in the office and a terrible night on call led to an awful day of chocolates and biscuits.

Hoping for better things tomorrow. I need to quit sugar again!

90% of Christmas treats have been eaten so the temptation isn't there (thank fuck). I was ill over Christmas and went days without eating but managed to gain weight, I haven't had a proper appetite since but I'm still the same weight as pre Christmas which is depressing. Meh, not even starvation can make me thinSad

I fell off the wagon again about 3 weeks ago... finally braved weighing myself and it's nearly a stone more than I've ever weighed in my life...
I know a lot of it will be bloat from the last three days but the scary number I need to admit to is... 11 stone 8 Sad
It's been a real reality check though so there is at least that.
Well and truly back on the wagon today

Finally back on it, WI was a maintain at 11st4.5. I've given up snacking (on SW). Acc. To mfp I had 900 kcal today, whilst that will be fine I've got 2 stone of fat to live off, I am surprised it's so low.
B:2 weetabix and a banana
L:veggie roast, butternut squad does and mayflower fact
T: mushroom and other veg risotto

  • approx 300 ml soya light So it did me fine, I'm craving but not hungry it's just surprising

So made it to the wedding day...dress fits!! I was 9 st 5 lady tine I check so I went beyond my goal and I have you ladies to thank!!

As soon as tomorrow hits I am inhaling a burger..but going to try damn hard not to move too far up from this weight..time will tell but I can't wait for the Jan thread!

Had a really golden day yesterday and hopped on the scales now and 11.6 so 2 down and back in the healthy range.
Really hoping it's the quick on quick off sort of weight gain...

So today I gave away a carrot cake and a chocolate fudge dessert so I won’t have to eat them. I’ve still got chocolate cheesecake and a lot of mince pies and cream/ice cream to eat before the 1st. It’s going to be so hard to have diet rations after being an absolute 🐷 for weeks, I’m going to need a lot of support.
