Hi , being or having a thread like this that I update and feel part off really motivates me to stick to the plan . Please join in.
I have been dieting since April 10 th , I am 5 ft 1and have went from 10 stone 1 to last week 8 stone 13.
However I've had a shitty diet few days and I'm due my period so today was up to 9 stone 4 .
This is when I'm really bad at saying feck it !
However , my aim is by July 3rd to be 8 stone 7lb and go away my holiday to no doubt put some back on :)
I calorie count on MFP , I still eat crisps etc but try to keep them to low cal ones.
I am trying to increase my water and trying to get on my exercise bike but not doing brilliantly with that.
I weigh every day .
Hopefully other folk will want to join otherwise I'll just update to myself :)

I think you are right Ruffling - you lose the impetus somewhere!

I weighed at 10 0 lbs and 8ozs today ---- nearly down to 10 stone. Am going out for early birthday dinner tonight (birthday is Sunday, could be all downhill from here), so my aim is to be slightly better than normal. Grin

Enjoy the birthday dinner Five. I'm down again to 10st 12, feeling trim and motivated, although I'm sure once I get to 10st10 (target weight) I'll want to lose an extra two just in case...!!

Sorry, been a bit awol. Unbelievably busy at work. I'm back to target weight though along with huge big bags under my eyes!
Brilliant Ruffling! You must be so pleased.
I'm up and down all the time Five.. enjoy the birthday meal. I have one too this weekend, my daughters 22nd , spa day , massage , facial for the two of us then meal at night with family. Bring it on, so looking forward to relaxing.

Hey All - still at 10st 12 here, not bad after a busy weekend without much thought for calories and now am into the week of PMT where I want to eat everything in sight !!!! arrgggh

hope all of your weekends have been fun etc, I'm going for a run after school drop off which will hopefully encourage good eating for the rest of day.

Yey !! weight this morning is 10st 10.5
Only half a lb off target weight. Reckon I'll go up and down again before it's consistently at this weight, but chuffed to be within touching distance.

How is everyone else getting on?

Half a lb Ruffling, wow. Well done you, hope you feel amazing.
I'm pretty much maintaining, I do have to be careful and I'm trying to keep going with my steps and go on my bike although I'm just finished ( thank god) a mammoth stretch at work so will make more effort with the bike.
I managed to do 22,000 steps one day at work though!
I'm on countdown to the surprise trip away, I'm telling my husband on the Thursday and we leave on the Friday. All inclusive for 3 days could be dangerous though!

Somehow today I find myself at 10st 8.75lb today - not entirely sure why this week has brought such tremendous losses since I was 10st 12 on Tuesday. But am not complaining ! feel good.

Have been under pressure at work though - wonder if stress has made me eat less than normal.

You are doing so great Ruffling! Me not so good, have had far too much junk over the last few days. Going to be really good this week, well until Friday anyway when I will be in all inclusive world:)
I'm telling my husband on Thursday and we have a really early morning flight on Friday . It's getting harder and harder to keep my mouth shut. I'm now on annual leave from work for two weeks which is great!

Managed to get back to my lowest weight doing 1000 Calder, 15,000 steps and eastenders on the bike which I don't stop now until the bike says 200 cals burned.
Also no gin for the last few days😬
I've never been all inclusive before, the greed will be real I'm sure.

Oh it's so exciting Xotic !!

I'm also going away (but with work) - but looking forward to being cooked for !!

For some reason I seem to have stuck at 10st 8.5 this week despite being wrong time of month. Have no idea why it's been so much easier to lose it this last fortnight than it was for the 6wks before it....!!!

Enjoy being cooked for Ruffling. So the secrets out, hubby is very surprised and pleased. Very early start tomorrow and dinner in his favourite place. I'm hoping to get a wee present when away lol.
Weight wise after averaging 16,000 steps and at least 40 mins on the bike along with no alcohol I've dropped to 7 stone 12. It's actually lower than I want to stick at ( I really never thought I would write that ) but means more room to enjoy being away and also the PMT bloat which will come next week.
I really can't believe I have went from in the 10 s to in the 7 s in 5 months .
