Here's anew thread for Coddy's recruits.

The old thread is here

For the record, I started out (May 19) at 11 stone 2 and am now 10 and a half stone A total loss of 9 pounds

Coddy's potential wrath has been inspirational! Plus of course the support of the rest of you (although the thread does go quiet at times).

Was still 10stone 7 when I got up this morning. Probably won't have a chance to sign in tomorrow, as I am going to be down in Leeds on business, so this will have to count as my weekly report: 3lb since last week.

Not sure I'll do so well next week, as my period is due at the end of the week, plus it is dh's birthday on Tuesday, so we'll be going out for a nice meal.

I'm starving at the moment. Already had my cherry tomatoes, and my bagel with Philadelphia Lite is making siren calls to me.....

Started 15 June, lost about 2lb. I care more about size than weight so noticable size off stomach - yay!

JanZ · 29/06/2004 17:17

Oops - just gave in and succumbed to a Flyte But at least it was "only" 195 calories (I did care enough to look!)

We are supposed to be eating at frined tonight, bu thats been cancelled, so I'll just have to be extra good at home tonight.

keep it up gals

JanZ · 03/07/2004 12:02

10 stone 10 this morning Had prmosied myslef I wouldn't go back to four digits in my weight

I did drink a wee bit more than usual over the weekend - shared a bottle of bubbly with dh on friday and shared a nice bottle of red wine on Saturday. But didn't think I'd gone overboard.

I'll blame my period which is imminent.

Haven't run for a while and can't go out tonight (last Pilates class before the summer break) or tomorrow (dh's birthday), but will try and start again on Wednesday.

Where is everyone?

JanZ · 03/07/2004 13:09

I promise to be extra good this week Coddy.

My packed lunch is rocket salad with cherry tomatoes, plus I have some radishes to nibble on, a banana and two nectarines.

Tonight is spaghetti with a spicy tuna tomato sauce.

Back to 10 stone 8 this morning - so maybe it was just fluid retention or something. I'm not so good at drinking water at home and do remember getting thirsty on Sunday!

Wasn't organised with a packed lunch this morning as it was dh's birthday (and I treated us all to croissants for breakfast - although I only had one instead of my usual two), so I'll need to go into town to get something healthy at lunch time.

Hi,
Havn't been around for a while, a combination of being very busy at work and tring to ration my mumsnet habit...
I weigh in at 9st 2lbs this morning. A total loss of 10lbs.
It is going, but very slowly ( about 2lbs max per week!) - I am eating healthily, reducing carbs in the evening BUT am having the odd galss of wine or two.
Am also not execersing due to being toto busy at work to fit in a lunch time swim.
Am desperate to start running again but so so busy!!

Had special K and bananna for brekki, Got philly and crackers for lunch followed by strawberries.
Supper is chicken stirfry and salad. NO WINE in house today...
Would so so love to be a maximum of 8st 7lbs by the first of August and even more happy to be my goal weight of 8st 4lbs.
Maybe I need to come on here more and get motivated...

Chuffed · 04/07/2004 13:14

Well I had no weight loss when I weighed myself yesterday but I didn't have a great weekend so at least it didn't go on. Still trying to exercise madly and be good but am just so hungry all the time I am finding it hard.

JanZ · 04/07/2004 13:28

Won't be able be good tonight, as will be going out for a meal for dh's birthday. But at least as I'll be driving, I won't be having TOO much to drink!

Porbably going for a curry at a good Indian restaurant we haven't been to for ages. ...but difficult to find "low calorie" options at Indian restaurants
