Its the final count down to summer, and i have decided i want to loose 7lbs, and tone up a bit before june 15th.

well, thats the tricky bit! Im going to start back at the gym on tuesday i think, and also trying to do 50 sit ups a day.
Need to stop eating crap too!

I'm trying to cut down on sugar and bread and do an extra walk a day. 50 sit ups is impressive!
Had one small egg only today which was a good start.

I would love to join you as I am the biggest I have ever been. Yesterday I gave in and bought a pair of jeans in my size rather than squeezing my fat behind and tum into the size too small. My jeans now feel comfortable Blush.

I hurt my leg 3 weeks ago and haven't been able to walk as much as I am used to and I swear I have put on at least half a stone. Am a bit more able now so am going to start my walks again but don't think I could manage the 30 day shred (not that I could before!).

Move more and eat less. That's my plan...

I need to be with you.

Sad day today. I had to go in the loft and get some of my 'next size up' clothes down. I have managed to put on most of the weight I lost. Sad

On Tuesday I will start. These next size up clothes will be back in the loft by summer.

Hi I'm in Grin

Need to lose 2 stone to be honest. I'm 13 stone and 5 ft 8. My stomach is mahoosive!

I've started eating more vegetarian food that's low fat. Just started, so no results yet. Also been walking more.

I'll be at the gym Tuesday. Re-joined in November and haven't set foot Blush

I need to avoid crisps, wine and chocolate Sad. I need to do some exercise, any exercise, I have the time but am lazy SadBlush.

I used to walk 3 miles a day very fast. it only took 40-45 minutes. That combined with the sensible eating was all it took to lose the weight.

I plan to see the DC off to school and go for the walk. I could be back home for 9.15. Now the evenings are lighter I may do an evening walk too.

Getting out of the house and the thought of it was the worst bit Mum, once I was actually walking (I listened to my Ipod) I sort of enjoyed it.

I don't know why I stopped. Sad

Can I join in too? Need to lose a stone. Mid-June is a great target as will be visiting family then (they all like to point out how lardy I am...)

Started the Shred a week ago, could do with someone to nag me into doing it more than a couple of times a week!

I vowed to lose weight last June, walked loads and got into a really good habit, then it all went pear shaped and so did I Sad. Think that I will start with a dvd (not the dreaded shred) once a day then do some walking and cut back on the crap I mindlessly eat. In an ideal world I need to be two stone lighter than I am.

Yes Mum 2 stone would be grand. i remember putting those clothes in the loft and vowing to never get them down. Sad They look big.

Sparkling, like you said, it's the getting out of the door that's the hard bit. I need a total habit makeover along with my diet Grin. I need to get the next couple of days over and done with then I will make a start.

My plan is to do shred, drink lots more water and stop eating crap for approx 3 hours every evening. Nothing major, just changes I can hopefully maintain.

CuriousMama We sound very similar although I have another 1/2 stone on your weight!

I just feel so fat and blobby. I will not continue to feel like this and will change it
