Its the final count down to summer, and i have decided i want to loose 7lbs, and tone up a bit before june 15th.

I am paralysed with fear puds. The fridge hasn't got good things in, and the imminent arrival of pizza aroma is worrying. Sad

250 mini eggs. Shock That doesn't sound like a good time to start a diet.

I'm feeling motivated today. I've had a slice of toast with peanut butter for breakfast - now I know this is high fat, carbs etc but it's the only thing that stops me snacking all morning. Going to have spicy lentil soup for lunch.
Don't think I put my measurements in before - I'm 5'2 and weigh 9 stone 2lbs, really need to tone up as bursting out of my clothes. Going to do Shred later.

Hi there. Well I've paid my 50p to Boots and their scales tell me I'm 68k ie. 10st 9. (my scales are too erratic!) I'd like to be 9 st 10 and be able to fit into my pre DD2 clothes.

So far I've had shredded wheat, skimmed milk and OJ, followed by 20min jog, my fitness pal said I was -139 by that point. Currently sat in my favourite cafe having munched a chicken, pesto and mozzarella panini and skinny latte. (a rare child free day and day booked off work too!)

How is everyone else doing? For those using my fitness pal app, do you want to 'friend' on the basis that peer pressure works? I'm ems0408 if so. Smile

sparkling its going to be ok [she says, not convinced]. My fridge has fresh pasta in it Sad and cheese Sad.

Think im going to do my zumba wii thing today! its good fun! will have to close the blinds so the neighbours cant see though Blush

My mantra is that it is worse to be fat than to be hungry (for me, at this point).

I have got the shred DVD, Zumba for the Kinect and other fitness games for the kinect but lack the motivation to do any of them

Afternoon....quite a good start so far, two coffees, poached egg on wholemeal for brunch, chickpea and spinach curry for dinner. All of this offsets yesterdays gorge of sausage roll for breakfast Blush, egg sandwich, McD for dinner, sausage roll for snack BlushBlush.

Four months exactly until my holiday Grin, time to focus!

We are hoping to go away bank holiday week in August so I have 20 weeks to shift as much as I can.

mumpotnoodle you're doing really well! wish i'd been at yours for eats today! Welcome backpack join the shred! The zumba game is good fun, i have it too i will be using it shortly!
Ive just been for a bike ride (not far) and had a lovely pint of water, so feeling alright at the minute!

Oh I meant to say I've been doing the 3-2-1 plan for just over a week now and I've not been hungry once since I started it and I am always starving usually

Haven't weighed myself yet so don't know if I've lost anything but I'm already starting to feel better

Can I play too?

I'm on a mission to shed my last 10lbs by July 1st, as I start training for my new career then (fingers crossed, touch wood etc) and we're relocating in the middle of July, so I don't want to be thinking about dieting then!

I'm 5'6", 10st 2lbs (I was 10st 1lb before eater Angry). DH and I are are broadly following the ideas from Jillian Michaels Master Your Metabolism book and cookbook, and using MFP for calorie counting. cbmum I'll add you as a friend when I go on there later - I quite like the motivation of other people!

I'm also Shredding and working my way through couch to 5k which I am loving, much to my surprise. Haven't run since ini days!

Keep sabotaging my diet every weekend though, need to have fewer 'treat' days for being 'good' all week.

I haven't weighed myself yet, because I think it might make me cry, but I have realised that I must do something RIGHT NOW or I'm going to spend the summer in a misery of discomfort.

I have started low carbing today, and have had a good day despite the house still bursting at the seams with Easter chocolate.
