I have held steady which I think is a good sign, fingers crossed for some down movements. The calory count app. Is still telling me I'm overweight. I have to 10. 6 to cross the line. Want to be 10 though. And would like less.

Hi all. I've no idea what weight loss/gain as I haven't weighed myself for a week or so. I've resolved to stop beating myself about what I eat and instead not eat in between meals although that's rather hard on work days.

Work is silly busy, I'm on the second lot of antibiotics for an infection but I'm planning a 4 mile run with a friend later today and had a personal training session on Friday so not all bad.

Anyone got any tips for keeping motivated on rubbish sleep? My instant reaction is to reach for the chocolate! It was a 5.30 start today wand DD2 wax up for 30 mins in the night too. Don't you just love teething Sad. Too tired and 3.5 years without decent sleep is getting me down.

Ok i am mid-exam stress phase! so diet is not going well! However i am still doing my 30 day shred. Havn't noticed any difference yet, but am hoping that once i stop taking my citalopram (after the exams) i will notice a difference then.

Hi everyone.now this is interesting.... I have been away for 5days. Really relaxing. Completely vegetarian food. So very different diet for me. Quite large 4 course meals, but light, rice, pasta loads of veg, done in interesting ways home baked bread, no alcohol, but deserts every day. Moderate Excercise every day for an hour or so. Lots of rest. I have lost 2lbs.Smile
